Hacienda Uxmal Plantation & Museum - 97844 Uxmal

An hotel built in the 50's in rather good condition. They keep pretty much every thing from this time. The bathrooms have probably been modernize a little, they added AC but the furniture, the window with natural fan system is still there. Personal is nice as usual in Mexico. The restaurant is OK, nothing crazy but rather well cooked.

Absolutely beautiful spot to relax after day climbing steps of Uxmal. The pool was godsend after 38 degree temp! And so were the cocktails poolside. Staff was courteous and helpful and dinner was in gorgeous setting outside. Thanks Nicolas and team for the hospitality. ??

Very nice hotel walking distance to Uxmal. We spent two nights there as a family of 5. Rooms are spacious and clean, pool is nice and the food from the main restaurant was really good. It's a quiet place in the middle of the jungle. It's a perfect spot in case you are looking for a nice hotel but not too touristic. Kudos to the staff who were always kind and gentle and always having special attention for the kids.

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever seen, with amazing attention to detail, it is perfect in every way. I would have expected double price at this quality, so was pleasently surprised by it. The staff is wonderful, the food really great and it is so nice to just spend your day here, that we decided to cancel some other programs to stay here one extra day. Don't miss this opportunity!

NOTHING RECOMMENDED !! It is worth reading to know where you are going to stay! Truly a dreadful stay. I was going to celebrate my birthday and I was really disappointed. To begin with, we had booked at their Hotel Hacienda Uxmal, which they have registered in booking, but it is actually not working ?. The same day of our arrival, they sent us a message saying that they would give us an upgrade to another of their hotels: The Lodge at Uxmal. Which not only had a lower price than we had previously reserved, but its facilities had nothing to do with what we had reserved. The rooms are totally dark and have no windows, only blinds and very little ventilation. On the other hand, the service and attention were really awful. From our arrival at the hotel, they gave us the keys and told us where the room was, without even offering to help us with our luggage or accompany us to it, which I have never seen in a hotel that calls itself "high class". Likewise, the manager's treatment was deplorable and very arrogant, he not only laughed in a mocking and cynical way at us, but also showed little tact and diplomacy to be in charge of the hotel. In addition, he did not have a mask on when talking with us !! Disaster !!! What they are doing here is a real ambush and scam, and a great shame on the reputation they are earning, taking into account the current situation of the hotel industry and tourism. Not to mention that the prices are very high for the quality of service it offers.

Nice and quiet place very close to the ruins of uxmal (walking distance). The rooms were spaceious but a little old. The staff was friendly but breakfast way too expensive for what it was

This is a hotel and museum together. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. The hotel has a very special charm, there are photos on the wall, that shows explorers who visited the hacienda in the 1800s. There were only a very few guests, but still the hotel were well maintained and perfectly clean. The dinner were in the Lodge at Uxmal, very good restaurant! You can pay with credit card. Highly recommend and not just for one night!
