★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so very disappointed in their total lack of care for our home. We entrusted and PAID them to care for our property. It is FILTHY, DAMAGED and Many of our belongings are "MISSING"...They are a shameful group. If they left it in this way for the owners, I can only imaging the guests experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best experience with the service that Happy Address provides. Every question I had was answered and every request was met. We stayed at the Terrazas Luxury building and everything was as described and the pictures do not make justices to the condos, we stayed at condo 309 and my girls stayed at condo 106. Both condos with washer and drier, TV with cable, full kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, everything you need is there. We were there 5 days and had one cleaning including in the price. One block away from Fifth Avenue and two blocks from the ocean. Near markets, restaurants, yet far away from the noisy areas. Oscar my concierge is the best and Bea in reservations is absolutely fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skyline 24 #103 condo is too good to be true!
Location to the beach, restaurants and nightlife was incredible all within walking distance. The place was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need...comfy bed, A/C, laundry, security, wifi and a lovely swimming pool with beautiful views.
I felt VERY safe staying there alone.
You will meet Fernando who will give you the keys and answer any and all your questions. He was very helpful and responded quickly when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst property manager ever…they do not return your messages…things in the apartment are broken or do not work and they do nothing to help…seems everyone that works at the company is the same…I know three other people who had three different agents and they are all same…including the reservation manager…do not use this company…nothing but headaches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments were very nice, however , management , in particular an individual named Axel , has yet to return my deposit / phone calls.
He said it will be refunded within 7 business days, and after that period of time, has just been dodging calls and texts. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
