★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me ocurre la palabra pretencioso, muy bonita infraestructura panadera, horno de leña, el café expreso inmejorable, los platillos preparados con ingredientes de calidad, el precio alto, la comida sencilla pero sabrosa (a mi gusto le faltaba un poco de sal). Comimos los chilaquiles con lechón y el omelette de ricotta y acelga, el pan de dulce probablemente de los mejores en Cholula aunque definitivamente se esperaba mucho más en cuanto a la sazón. Recomendable aunque caro. Por cierto parece ser que tienen un problema de abejas, había muchas.
 I can think of the word pretentious, very beautiful bakery infrastructure, wood oven, unbeatable espresso coffee, dishes prepared with quality ingredients, high price, simple but tasty food (to my taste it lacked a little salt). We ate the chilaquiles with lechón and the ricotta and chard omelette, the sweet bread probably one of the best in Cholula although much more was definitely expected in terms of seasoning. Recommended although expensive. By the way it seems that they have a problem with bees, there were many.

No probé mucho ya que iba a conocer más que a comer, pero el pan delicioso. El resto de la carta se lee bien, algunos precios un poco elevados, pero tenemos que probarlos para ver si vale la pena. Ojo: los platillos son grandes si comes poco , te recomiendo compartirlo.
El lugar es petfriendly, les dan agüita.
