★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Unique. Well presented. We loved this place! Yummy food, menu changed daily. Only open Wednesday-Sunday. The portion size is huge to watch out with how much you order. We left feeling very full with an appetizer and two entrees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this restaurant as our 'special night out' in Tulum and it was well worth it. The vibe is great, the kitchen open which creates atmosphere... and the food was fantastic. The grilled sea bass was cooked to perfection with a lovely smokey flavour, our side of plantain was roasted in a way we had not tasted anywhere else, and our dessert of salt/honey pie was to die for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DANG! That food was amazing. We showed up early so that we could get seated. If you don’t have a reservation you will want to do that. Otherwise send them an email a couple days early to get on the list. They accept card. Now for the meal. Everything is cooked over an open flame. It is pretty cool to watch the chefs at it. Started off with the prawns for an appetizer which had a delicious/spicy kimchi on them. THE LOBSTER. Hands down one of the best things I have ever ate. That butter sauce. The octopus had a nice texture and crunch to it. Get the beet! I was blown away by it. The mushrooms were good, but the smokey flavor was a bit much to my taste. Finish with the sweet/savory honey cake. Yummmm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far THE best restaurant we went to in all of Tulum. The food is spectacular and the portions are huge (I would have been fine paying the same price for half a portion).
The tropical ceviche was amazing, I think it was the best ceviche I had in my entire life and I’ve had many for sure. It had the perfect balance between the acidic and the sweetness coming from the coconut milk. It was beautifully presented in a coconut and came with delicious tropical fish. You could tell that the fish was fresh. We then had the octopus and the pork costillas with Yucatán honey and just WOW. The whole night we had the wow effect as we received an explosion of flavors in every single dishes. The octopus was perfectly cooked and just grilled so you could enjoy its whole taste. The pork ribs were so soft they melted in my mouth and you could pull them off super easily. The honey coating was amazing and well balanced, not too sweet.
And finally, (as we didn’t know how big portions were) we had aubergines on the side and they were beautifully cooked and seasoned.
We had 1 entree and 2 mains but I think one of each for two is more than enough as we were feeling so full at the end. We finished off with a corn ice cream and another spot on dish and it was perfect to finish our meal / digest and its taste was original and very different from what we are used to - we loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food could have been half the size and twice the price and it would have still been worth it. The Ribs are the best I have ever had. Service was impeccable. We had at least 10 different people at our table at various times during our stay to take care of us. Honestly may have been my best restaurant experience I have ever had. Kudos to you guys and your staff.
