Atrasaron la fecha de entrega y Me entregaron mi traje el mismo día de mi boda,
Y aunque me tomaron medidas, no era de mi talla,
Me quedo muy mal,
No lo recomiendo en absoluto, evítense un disgusto y un contratiempo y vayan a un lugar más serio y que sean más profesionales.
Appalling.
They delayed the delivery date and they delivered my suit the same day of my wedding,
And although they took measurements, it was not my size,
I feel very bad
I do not recommend it at all, avoid an upset and a setback and go to a more serious place and be more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trajes muy padres y las telas de calidad, pero la experiencia es pésima, tienen problemas de logística y pone en riesgo los eventos.
Mande a hacer mi traje 1 año antes para poder tener la tela que me gusto, y 8 meses despues me dicen que ya no existe y se agoto. Posteriormente me toman mis medidas 3 meses antes del evento y me mandan las piezas a diferentes sucursales y a mi casa. Fuí a las medidas mas de 3 veces porque no quedaban y mandaban algunas piezas antes y otras después. Para que me terminaran entrgando justo 1 dia antes de mi boda después de darles tanto seguimiento, ya que en los teléfonos desgraciadamente no dan muy buena atención y les falta mucha comunicación interna.
Realmente si no tienes alguna fecha para tu prenda lo recomiendo, pero la atención y el seguimiento es muy malo en las 2 sucursales que fuí, tanto Masaryk como Perisur.
Por mucho que ofrecen promociones y descuentos por correo, deja mucho que desear la experiencia que tuve. Casi pone en riesgo mi evento al no tener lista mi prenda.
Tengan cuidado con las promesas de entrega y siempre den mucho seguimiento al respecto.
Very cool suits and quality fabrics, but the experience is lousy, they have logistics problems and put the events at risk.
I had my suit made 1 year before to be able to have the fabric that I liked, and 8 months later they told me that it no longer exists and it was sold out. Later, they take my measurements 3 months before the event and they send the pieces to different branches and to my house. I went to the measurements more than 3 times because there weren't any left and they sent some pieces before and others after. So that they ended up delivering me just 1 day before my wedding after giving them so much follow-up, since unfortunately they don't give very good service on the phones and they lack a lot of internal communication.
Really, if you don't have a date for your garment, I recommend it, but the attention and follow-up is very bad in the 2 branches that I went to, both Masaryk and Perisur.
As much as they offer promotions and discounts by mail, the experience I had leaves a lot to be desired. It almost put my event at risk by not having my garment ready.
Be careful with delivery promises and always follow up on them.

El traje lo hicieron exactamente como NO lo pedí. La camisa ni siquiera me apuntó! Increíble, pues duras 1 hora “personalizando” y tomando medidas que claramente su personal no tiene idea de cómo tomar.
Volví 8 días después y las personas que estaban en la tienda no encontraban mi traje, según ellos seguía en arreglos. Después de llamar a servicio al cliente me confirman que si estaba en la tienda, solo que los asesores no habían buscado bien. Perdí más de 3 horas de mi día en esto, absurdo!!
Resultado final, a pesar de hacerle ajustes el traje no quedó bien. Tuve que ir a buscar algo de urgencia a una tienda.
Conclusión: pésimo servicio al cliente, personal no capacitado, y lo más grave de todo, no saben hacer trajes!
No recomiendo este lugar a nadie!
Really bad experience in this store.
The suit was made exactly as I did NOT ask for it. The shirt didn't even point at me! Incredible, because you spend 1 hour "personalizing" and taking measures that their staff clearly has no idea how to take.
I returned 8 days later and the people who were in the store could not find my suit, according to them it was still in repairs. After calling customer service, they confirmed that it was in the store, only that the advisors had not searched well. I wasted more than 3 hours of my day on this, absurd!!
Final result, despite making adjustments the suit did not look good. I had to go get something urgently from a store.
Conclusion: lousy customer service, untrained staff, and worst of all, they don't know how to make suits!
I do not recommend this place to anyone!
