Nos confirmaron un tour para las 13h, al llegar nos dicen que no tienen lanchas disponibles hasta las 14:30h.
Nosotros teníamos un coche que nos esperaba a las 19h para ir a Bacalar y lo perdimos por su culpa.
Tras engañarnos, no quisieron compensarnos de ninguna manera.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
They confirmed a tour for us at 1:00 p.m., upon arrival they told us that they did not have boats available until 2:30 p.m.
We had a car waiting for us at 7 pm to go to Bacalar and we lost it because of him.
After deceiving us, they did not want to compensate us in any way.
