★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no saben realizar su trabajo de forma profesional y no arreglan ni el más mínimo problema. Su única intensión es, no arreglar nada para que no pierdan ni 1 peso.
 Terrible service, they don't know how to do their job professionally and they don't fix the slightest problem. Their only intention is not to fix anything so they don't lose 1 weight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. El personal de HDI pésima presentación, no te ayudan a resolver nada en el siniestro y hacen hasta lo imposible por no pagar un golpe por mas pequeño que sea.
Terrible service. HDI staff terrible presentation, they do not help you solve anything in the accident and they do everything possible not to pay a blow, no matter how small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio: la operadora me indicó que no podría enviar un agente hasta darle el nombre exacto de la calle, lamentablemente en el lugar donde sucedió mi accidente no estaba indicado dicho nombre sin embargo dí indicaciones de como llegar y mi número celular y a regañadientes envío a alguien, quien tardo media hora en llegar y me indico que lo único que podría hacer seria cobrarme el deducible o cotizarme una grúa. Buscaré cambiar de compañia lo antes posible.
Bad service: the operator told me that I could not send an agent to give the exact name of the street, unfortunately in the place where my accident was not indicated that name however I gave directions on how to get and my cell number and reluctantly sent to Someone, who took half an hour to arrive and indicated that the only thing I could do would be to charge me the deductible or quote a crane. I will seek to change the company as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi auto fue dañado por un asegurado de este Seguro desde el día 14 de Febrero en Ecatepec de Morelos, me han estado dando muchas largas y poniendo mucha traba, solicitándome muchos documentos para pagar el daño y ahora salen con que yo tengo que ir hasta sus oficinas en Avenida Revolución Col. Periodistas en Pachuca Hidalgo para ver si me pagan, cuando en su momento quedaron de hacer una transferencia bancaria,
yo en lo particular no recomendaría este seguro por mala atención.

Sus ajustadores tienen nula preparación, lo digo por experiencia propia, desde su presentación hasta el proceso de levantamiento de evidencias. El personal de sus oficinas no tiene ni idea de los siniestros de los que se supone deben llevar registro. No hay una persona que te atienda y resuelva; un día te dicen una cosa, que va a iniciar el proceso, al siguiente te dicen que la persona que iba a iniciar el proceso no está o que lo hizo mal y hay que corregir. Niegan el servicio en sus talleres... Sus "trámites" se llevan muchísimo tiempo en comparación con otras empresas del giro. En fin, si no quieren perder su tiempo y pasar muchos malos ratos no se metan con ellos.

Their adjusters have no preparation, I say this from my own experience, from their presentation to the process of gathering evidence. The staff in their offices have no idea what incidents they are supposed to keep track of. There is not a person who attends and solves you; One day they tell you one thing, that the process is going to start, the next they tell you that the person who was going to start the process is missing or that they did it wrong and you have to correct it. They deny the service in their workshops ... Their "procedures" take a long time compared to other companies in the business. Anyway, if you don't want to waste your time and have a lot of bad times, don't mess with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor seguro que he contratado,nunca se me respaldo a pesar de no ser responsable y el personal no tiene idea de lo que una empresa de este nivel debería ofrecer al cliente,cancele y nunca cometer el error de volver a contratar
pd :ya su respuesta a tantas opiniones negativas la tienen editada, solo cortan y pegan pero su proposito nunca sera el de resolver, evitense corajes y frustraciones, buscan otra asfuradora, yo cancele 3 polizas.!
It is the worst insurance I have ever hired, I was never supported despite not being responsible and the staff has no idea what a company of this level should offer the client, cancel and never make the mistake of hiring again
PS: You already have your response to so many negative opinions edited, they just cut and paste but their purpose will never be to resolve, avoid anger and frustration, look for another asfuradora, I canceled 3 policies!
