★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO! pesimo servicio y sus empleados ineptos e ineficientes, mediocres en sus labores, mas de 2 meses desde el accidente y el auto sigue en el corralon porque su abogadito de pacotilla mario alfredo marquez ruiz no ha hecho su trabajo, mejor yo como clienta le he dado seguimiento en el MP y Yo le informo al abogado la situacion porque el no mueve un dedo! y ahora resulta que el abogado nos dice que nosotros nos encarguemos de la grua para mover el auto! entonces para que carajos estoy pagando un seguro con HDI! donde esta el gerente de zona para supervisar el avance de los casos? donde hay un supervisor diciendole a su abogado que es un inepto! pesimo trato! y pesima empresa de porqueria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato muy cordiales, la chica que me atendió fue paciente pues no tenía los papeles en orden y no sabía cómo explicarle mi caso, tienen área de estacionamiento no sé si tienen wc pero es fácil llegar y es rápida la atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque me atropello un taxista y el seguró levantó mi moto.la llevaron a un taller para su evaluación De daños. Para ellos el costo de reparación sobrepasaba su evaluó de 3.500. La reparación costaba 3.600 y la dieron por perdida total. si la quería recuperar solo pagarían 2.200 pesos....yo tube q pagar el resto para la reparación y además de cobrar le quitaron el yugo con rin de aluminio y freno De disco y bomba de liquido para freno y lo remplazaron por uno con freno de tambor todo oxidado.de lo que ellos ya no se hacen responsables. el conductor del taxi dijo q pagaría todos los daños.el seguro y el taller q para ellos trabaja son un fraude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio uno tiene un accidente y jamás responden! estuve marcando muchas veces y nunca contestaron, cheque en linea y decía cerrado ósea que no puede uno tener un accidente fuera del horario de oficina porque nadie llegara ni responderá

Recibí maltrato de parte de esta persona en una gasolinera me gritó horrible yo iba con mi hija..... Quiso ganarme el lugar en la gasolinera y solo porque me adelante me insultó y me gritó horrible. Estaba yo apunto de contratar un seguro de autos ahí..... Con ese trato..... Dije cero..... Ya no.....
Me sentí sumamente agredida. Esto fue en la gasolinera que está en Playa del Carmen sobre la carretera federal..... Adelante de Liverpool. Un tipo sumamente grosero y altanero maltratador...... Violento y peligroso.
Las placas son R62-ALM. Esto sucedió el día de ayer miércoles 29 de diciembre del 2021 a las 22:16 PM. En playa del Carmen.
