Horrible condominio que rompe con la esencia de Tulum. Cortaron todos los árboles originarios de la zona para construir una masa blanca de cemento.

One of the most beautiful and private places in tulum. The property is brand new and is well taken care of, the pool area is paradise. The owner and manager are always reachable incase there are questions. The Appartement was very clean and I love the Italian touch of the interior. I had a wonderful stay ?

I stayed in Heaven Lagoon for 5 months and was very happy with everything: great property management, very beautiful swimming pool, comfortable apartment with all the amenities required to feel well and cosily as at home. I especially liked a huge jacuzzi bath at the terrace where you can relax and enjoy looking at the stars at night. I highly recommend this amazing place

Heaven Lagoon is AMAZING! We lived here for a month and a half with our cat and dog and it felt like home. We were only supposed to stay 1 month but we loved it so much that we kept extending our stay. The place is completely enclosed with a grass yard and beautiful pool so our animals were able to play outside freely without worrying that they would run away. The rooftop jacuzzi is magical for sitting under the stars at night. The kitchen is well equipped and we were greeted with fruits when we arrived. We also received weekly cleaning service which was amazing and they refilled our water for us promptly whenever we ran out. We also work online and the internet worked well enough for that aside from a few instances where it went out. Every morning I sat and had my coffee on the bedroom balcony. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to Holistika and Calle 7. Honestly I could have lived here forever. It was perfect and Manuel is a very helpful host. Such a deal for the price!
