★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de comprar más de 15 años mi malteada de chocolate en Santa Clara en diversas sucursales, el día de hoy compre mi malteada de chocolate en esta sucursal y de verdad que parecía agua con sabor. Le sugerí a la srita que preparo la malteada que parecía agua con sabor y solo me contesto “así las preparo yo”. En lo personal muy mala experiencia.
After buying my chocolate shake in Santa Clara at various locations for over 15 years, today I bought my chocolate shake at this location and it really looked like flavored water. I suggested to the lady that I prepare the milkshake that looked like flavored water and she only answered "that's how I prepare it." Personally very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola! soy yo de nuevo estoy en estados unidos, y me provoco una malteada por acá! y wow me recordó lo malo que estaba esa la de allá que parecía agua y leche. la de acá estaba bien espesa! y rica. Por aca en el Five Guys!... dejen de ser así y hagan las cosas con calidad y verán que harán mas dinero.
Hi! It's me again, I'm in the United States, and I give myself a milkshake here! and wow it reminded me how bad that one over there was that looked like water and milk. the one here was very thick! and rich. Over here in the Five Guys! ... stop being like that and do things with quality and you will see that you will make more money.
