★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos calentador de agua solar a presión. La unidad y la instalación fueron buenas, pero el cableado del elemento calefactor se realizó incorrectamente. El calentador requiere 30 amperios, pero el cable utilizado solo tiene una capacidad nominal de 25 amperios. El cable revestido de goma se ejecutó parcialmente en un conducto, lo que no está permitido en los códigos eléctricos. El cable clasificado para 30 amperios debería haberse instalado en un conducto metálico. Heliomex no ha hecho correcciones.
We buy pressurized solar water heater. The unit and installation were good, but the heating element wiring was done incorrectly. The heater requires 30 amps, but the wire used only has a 25 amp rating. The rubberized cable was partially run in conduit, which is not allowed in electrical codes. The 30 amp rated cord should have been installed in a metal conduit. Heliomex has not made any corrections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable se firmo contrato por una cantidad y ya después de estar instalando me salieron con que siempre no seria eso que falto contemplar otros gastos cuando ya habian ido a revisar. Además de que el recibo no llega lo que promete, si respetan garantías pero es una perdida de tiempo en aclaraciones.
Not recommendable, a contract was signed for an amount and after installing it, they told me that it would not always be that because other expenses had to be considered when they had already gone to check.
