When Joan & I are on vacation we always notice great service. We strive to teach and deliver great service in our company called Smiledog.
We had the pleasure of being served by Arturo at a restaurant where we had dinner. He introduced himself as King Arturo. He introduced himself and explained we could have anything we wanted and anything was possible while we were guests at his table.
He made us feel special and whenever we would ask for something he would say anything and everything is possible at his table. He would even take our ask and make a better suggestion.
We had a lovely experience. Thank you Arturo.
Arturo "The KING" has made Joan and I into a walking advertisement.
Great food is always better with great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helios is probably one of my favourite restaurants (like I've ever tried). The breakfast and lunch buffet are spectacular. I felt so spoiled. They have ahi tuna, poke bowls, bruschetta, caprese salad, fancy salamis and more, just free, there at the buffet. The service was also always amazing, and the bartenders were friendly and made up this awesome cocktail for me when I was craving something sweet. Amazing! 5 stars!

Gorgeous views and some of the best staff at the resort!
For breakfast, I always start with a bloody ceasar and a trip to the buffet for churros, a croissant, shaved ham and tomato sauce. My favorite items off the menu are the ranchero eggs, eggs Benedict and steak & eggs.
For dinner, I always start with the appetizer assortment. Do not miss the coconut shrimp, one of the best dishes at the resort! I also love the octopus and will usually get the lobster. The lime sphere is one of the top deserts as well!
Daniel, Manuel, Alani and Elvia make each meal so special! They pay such special attention to my mom’s dietary needs it’s very appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great area for a quick meal and beautiful view. Tons of seating both indoor and outdoor. Breakfast buffet is pleasant with something for everyone, and lunch buffet is just as good.
The major pros about this place are the location convenient to the adult only pools, as well as the beautiful view.
