★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un decolorado de cabello completo para quedar rubia, y me hicieron unas mechas horrorosas que obvio no es lo que yo pedí. Muy poco profesionales, cuando me estaban secando el cabello me di cuenta que estaba todo manchado y mis raíces se veían cafés-naranjas, lo mencioné al estilista y literal me dijo "hay, es solo un poquito!". También me maltrataron muchísimo el cabello, a pesar de que me pusieron sus dichosas ampolletas que según te protegen, pero te las cobran a parte y están muy caras. Al final terminé pagando $8,000 por un cabello hecho pedazos, manchado, y que además no es lo que solicité. Jamás volvería.
 I asked for a complete bleaching of my hair to go blonde, and they made me some horrible streaks that obviously is not what I asked for. Very unprofessional, when they were drying my hair I realized that it was all stained and my roots looked brown-orange, I mentioned it to the stylist and he literally told me "oh, it's just a little bit!". They also mistreated my hair a lot, despite the fact that they put their damn vials on me that they protect you, but they charge you for them separately and they are very expensive. In the end I ended up paying $8,000 for a piece of hair, stained, and also not what I requested. I would never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo creer la magia que hicieron con mi cabello!! Lupita me atendió en Polanco y es una profesional, yo traía el cabello rojo y me asesoró y atendió súper profesional. Hace una dupla maravillosa con Charly, fregonazos los dos. Excelente trato además, cada peso vale la pena.
I can't believe the magic they did to my hair !! Lupita attended me in Polanco and she is a professional, I had red hair and she gave me advice and was super professional. She makes a wonderful duo with Charly, both of them mopping. Excellent deal also, every peso is worth it.

La primera vez que fui fue hace unos meses con la intención de pintar mi cabello pero me hicieron una prueba de color y de forma muy profesional me indicaron que no podrían realizar el procedimiento de coloración porque mi cabello estaba muy débil y se me iba a romper todo, me indicaron un procedimiento de salón y como debía cuidarlo en casa y mi cabello ha mejorado un montón, ayer fui a hacerme la coloración y estoy fascinada con el resultado, me atendió Kareli y estoy súper satisfecha! 100% recomendado
I think it's a super professional place! The first time I went was a few months ago with the intention of painting my hair but they did a color test and in a very professional way they told me that they could not perform the coloring procedure because my hair was very weak and it was going to break. Everything, they indicated a salon procedure and how I should take care of it at home and my hair has improved a lot, yesterday I went to do the coloring and I am fascinated with the result, Kareli took care of me and I am super satisfied! 100% recommended

Hice una valoración de mi cabello para ver si aguantaba una decoloración , me dijeron que duraba 20 minutos.
Lo que no me gustó es que la verdad yo hubiera preferido que cortaran ese mechón en lugar de dejarlo ahí y decorarlo. ?
Mientras esperaba me ofrecieron agua ,soda y me regalaron un brownie ???
Me dieron mi presupuesto y opciones de pago, fueron muy amables y me dieron una tarjeta para hacer mi cita cuando estuviera convencida. ✨
The place seems excellent to me, with very good quality products from what I could see.
I did an assessment of my hair to see if it could hold a bleaching, they told me it lasted 20 minutes.
What I did not like is that the truth is that I would have preferred that they cut that lock instead of leaving it there and decorating it. ?
While I was waiting they offered me water, soda and they gave me a brownie ???
They gave me my budget and payment options, they were very kind and gave me a card to make my appointment when I was convinced. ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting from the U.S and had my hair colored by Javier at the Tec location. He gave me beautiful dirty brown blue highlights that are getting better as I wash my hair! I had such a hard time finding a colorist in Miami who understood what I wanted, but even though I did not speak Spanish, Javier new exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond. I will definitely see him again next time I go. Gracias Javier!
