★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seems friendly and helpful, but just like any other car rental service it'll always feel like you're being scammed, making you pay way more than you should, almost forcing you to pay for all the insurances and so on. Up to you, if you know what you want exactly and what you're getting, you should be fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst rental car experience I've ever had. First, this company is not Hertz, it's AVASA (see pictures). The Hertz / AVASA employee had no idea that I paid for insurance via Expedia. The Hertz / AVASA employee stated that I had a deal with Expedia, not with AVASA and they knew nothing about my insurance. Whatever you do, DO NOT rent your car from Expedia aka Hertz, DBA Avasa. Rent your car through "Yes" or another in this area who is honest and tells you upfront what the charges are from the beginning. This is the 21st Century. You'd think that Expedia could enable a hassle free experience. Perhaps they can, but they are not in Cancun. An industry leader they are not. They see the reviews ratings of 1+ of 5 and they do nothing.
