★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en el mostrador es excelente.. pero en la entrega del vehículo tienen mucho que mejorar… les falta personal por lo que el chofer que recolecta al cliente en la terminal, tiene que lavar el carro y entregar al mismo tiempo.. generando que el cliente pierda aprox 40 min promedio
The service at the counter is excellent... but in the delivery of the vehicle they have a lot to improve... they lack staff, so the driver who picks up the customer at the terminal has to wash the car and deliver it at the same time... generating that the client loses approx 40 min average

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning!!! Do not rent a car here! This company is corrupt, scam artist.. they will legally rob you. I reserved a compact car thru Priceline including insurance.. for 4 days for around 300 dollars. When I get to the counter they would not honor the reservation and if I wanted the same car it will cost me $600 dollars. Take it or leave it! How does hertz allow its name to be attached to scam artist? I don’t know!!!
No rente carro aquí son unos rateros!!!
