The vehicle was not available and no other similar vehicle, The only vehicle was available was a different vehicle , and they was more money. The lady who was in the front desk was rude, she was not trying to help at all. My sister will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE.. To improve your customer services. PLEASE
contact yours customers, you guys have customers information, such a telephone number and email address. let customer know the vehicle she/he reserved is not available. DON'T WASTE ARE TIME...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised Hertz is allowing scammers to run their franchises. I call them scammers because a Hertz employee admitted to me that they don't even carry luxury or premium cars; they offer them to charge more but don't deliver. He told me that many customers complain about this, but that is the way they run things. These go beyond the lousy service and careless attitude I received. I reserved and pay for a car within the Luxury category, and they gave me a standard vehicle. I was not too fond of this, but the worst part is they didn't want to adjust the price for a category that was 1/2 of the cost. Mrs. Alejandra Fuentes told me that if I didn't like it, I could try to rent somewhere else (it was high season, and no one else had cars available without reservation). Also, she got upset because I didn't want the insurance where she can make a commission. How can Hertz allow this? If you don't believe me read all the other reviews!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! They wanted to charge 3 times the reservation amount. He said it was for insurance when the previous week he charged $11 dolars per day for insurance. He walked away when we decided not to get the insurance and ise our credit card insurance instead and denied the rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented prepaid car rental and went to pick up car they was charging me close to $700.00 hundred dollars for car insurance I got a rental and car insurance at another rental place near the airport be careful they do rip you off on this full car insurance trying to put two insurance instead of using full one ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a reservation. Flew in, went to the counter. They said sorry we overbooked all the cars, no cars, good luck. And that was that. Really??! Fortunately I can get around on my own, but had people been traveling that aren’t familiar with the area, I can only imagine not only how freaked out they’d be but how it’d ruin their whole vacation by not knowing what to do after having it all planned prior. There is a reason people plan and make reservations … they’re supposed to be honored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 0 stars for our experience. Upon arrival they wanted an extra $1000 before giving us our rental that was already paid for. After arguing for an hour we gave up and just left in a cab. Worst part is now they are saying we took the rental and dropped it off the next morning. Extremely dishonest practice by this third party Hertz location. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! THEY WILL ONLY TRY TO SCAM YOU! Learn from our mistake, let's put them out of business! #BoycotHertzAcapulcoAirport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came there with a prepaid reservation for an SUV. Upon arrival they told us they did not have any cars available, and did not even try to get us a solution.
Maybe true because the parking lot was totally empty.
We rented with Europcar, directly beside them. A fee minutes later we saw how they (Hertz) was just bringing in an SUV to their parking lot... Coincidence? Maybe, but after reading the reviews here I doubt it.
