Do not rent from here. When renting the car. They put a hold on the credit card as an assurance. However, when returning the car, they told me that they accidentally charged the card instead of putting a hold. They said that they would reimburse the card, and that it would take a day or two. They never did. Numerous calls and emails asking for the reimbursement, but no reply.

BEWARE: Very sneaky personnel. They will quietly put optional insurance coverage and attempt to convince you that it is part of the contract. I dealt with multiple people over a short period of time and they did same thing. At one point they tried to convince me that optional credit card protection was necessary. I'm very disappointed in this location's customer service. Last time they put in $3000MX for extra day! Yes, 3000, this is not a mistake! Customer service is impossible to reach.

DO NOT RENT HERE! They gave me a car with a damaged tire and charged me for it! car was dirty obviously not inspected correctly I had my son I could of had a serious accident. I have video and pictures of both inspections pick up and drop off and they want to charge me for a previous car scratch that was already there and documented at pick up! Very unprofessional all they want is to find ways to cover charge he walked around on the phone pretending to ask someone who wasn't even there to see car damage and said sorry we have to charge you for the tire since when do you rent a car with insurance and pay for a tire that was already damaged I rent cars all the tire this was the first and last time we use hertz!!!

I should have read the review before renting there. Same story for me. Don’t take me wrong this is not about the employees working there but rather about hertz corporate dictating what is happening there. How can someone be happy to rent a car (a Kia!)for about 150 USD a day?? Asked for a Volkswagen and got a Kia. It finally cost me twice the price shown on internet. That price was in US$, with a normal change rate it would have been 1800 pesos, but with hertz, it was 2300 pesos! Plus all the extras for a total of 5800 pesos!. Now that’s a nice commission! Low air tire warning light turned on, they assure me it was a matter of 1 lb missing and they didn’t have time to fill it since the car had just come back from previous customer. The light never turned off after checking the air at the closest Pemex. Rented a baby seat for 260 pesos per day. A 2017 baby seat, very hard to use. Why not renewing, you probably had 10 times of ROI with it. why not having those with the anchor clips?? So easy to install and probably safer than the one you gave me. I rented a car for 4 days at another company at the airport, it cost me less than renting 2 days with hertz. Why the other company was able to free up the blocked money on my credit card while you pushed that responsibility on my bank? And don’t smoke on premise.

As a Hertz Gold member I'm appalled by the level of service at this location. When I went to pick up my car, they first gave me an "upgrade" which was actually a worse car than what I had reserved, and it had a broken windshield which the clerk assured me would not deteriorate further. After the checkout process, I drove off. Before I was even off airport grounds, the crack in the windshield expanded across the entire width of the car. I had to drive back and waste time filling in paperwork for another car which they first spent 20 minutes or so preparing since it didn't have its license plates fitted and it hadn't even been washed. In addition, its gas tank was nearly empty so I would have to waste even more time refilling it before I could go anywhere. Due to the traffic and parking issues in Queretaro, I hardly used the car. I drove it for a total of perhaps 4 hours during my stay. Yet, when I arrived back to Hertz, they told me that the back tire was low in pressure and had been damaged. Obviously they must have delivered the car to me with low pressure to begin with. I did not hit any potholes and barely used the vehicle. How would it deflate to the point of getting damaged if it was full in the first place? They did not find any nails or other objects embedded in the tire. Besides stealing gasoline due to not delivering the car with a full tank, they are now charging me with a new tire despite it being their fault that it was not inflated. Also, when I returned there was nobody at either of the Hertz booths. An employee from another company actually had to go find the two guys working there. They skirted all responsibility and made me sign a damage form. Considering I had a flight to catch, there was little I could do to argue my case, due to time constraints. Very stressful. Hertz, I highly recommend you do something about this situation if you wish to conserve your most loyal customers."

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU SUPER EXTRA. Made my reservation and it was under 4,000. When I got to the counter, the guy told me that he did not have a car and was going to give me another car (upgrade) he call it. How in the world you go from an SUV to a a 4 door car and Nissan and call it an upgrade. On top, trying to charge me triple the price. Horrible customer service

I do recommend this rental company! Just make sure to get full insurance. My car broke down but they were able to give me a new unit with out any issues. Daniel Hernandez helped me out and solved all my issues. At the end of the day it was a good service over all.
