Neta NUNCA NUNCA NUNCA renten un coche en esta compañía, pésimo todo y probablemente hasta estafado y sin factura.
Neta NEVER NEVER EVER rent a car from this company, everything is terrible and probably even scammed and without an invoice.

Estaba indeciso en rentar carro con Mex Rent a Car, pues la calificación no es muy buena, pero no había carro en la agencia que normalmente rento, pero, Miguel Cervantes el atendiente en la sucursal del aeropuerto de Querétaro me explicó todo muy claro, fue amable, y los precios fueron claros, lo único que podría cuestionar es que el carro podría estar un poco más limpio, nuestra contratación y entrega fue rápida, Gracias Miguel por tu servicio.
I was undecided in renting a car with Mex Rent a Car, because the rating is not very good, but there was no car in the agency that I normally rent, but Miguel Cervantes the attendant at the Querétaro airport branch explained everything very clearly, it was friendly, and the prices were clear, the only thing I could question is that the car could be a little cleaner, our hiring and delivery was fast, Thank you Miguel for your service.

muy mal servicio ya tenía un carro en renta con precio y llegando a recojer me querían cobrar un seguro con costo mayor ala renta y un depósito de 25 mil y aparte ya no me querían regresar mi depósito

NO RENTEN MALÍSIMO SERVICIO .Pésimo servicio 1 h y 30 min en la recepción para que nos entregaran el carro, nos cobraron un cargo extra que se inventaron y cuando iban a darnos el carro no tenia placa delantera. Y lo peor, no entregan factura , PROFECO atención con esta empresa patito tiene demasiadas quejas hagan algo , encima no resuelven las quejas ni por correo y nunca te atiende al teléfono llevo 4 días llamando ..NO RENTEN CON ELLOS ......CUIDADO!!!!! Don´t rent here the service is awful in cancun, we waited one hour and a half in the counter to gave us the car and then they charge us extra money which they invented and when they were going to give us the car, this one didn´t have the frontal license plate. And even worse they don´t give the invoice. PROFECO pay attention with this company it has many complains and demands, do something. And to finish with they dont attend to the complains neither with email or phone I have been calling them for 4 days and still I don´t have a response. DON´T RENT WITH THEM .... WATCH OUT!!!!!!
DO NOT RENT VERY BAD SERVICE. Terrible service 1 hour and 30 minutes at the reception for the car to be delivered to us, they charged us an extra charge that they invented and when they were going to give us the car it did not have a front plate. Pésimo servicio!! Cómo 1.5h para que nos entregaran el carro porque el monito de la recepción estaba solo y además era muy lento y hasta grosero en la oficina del aeropuerto de Tijuana. No tenían el carro por el que pague y tuve que pagar un upgrade. Tuvimos un percance en una calavera y abuso total!! Te cobran lo que quieren y no puedes hacer nada. Carísimo para lo que ofrecen y pésimo servicio.
Terrible service!! About 1.5 hours for them to deliver the car to us because the little guy at the reception was alone and he was also very slow and even rude at the Tijuana airport office. They didn't have the car I paid for and I had to pay for an upgrade. We had a mishap in a skull and total abuse!! They charge you what they want and you can't do anything. Very expensive for what they offer and terrible service.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, contraté un servicio por medio de Volaris y todo muy bien hasta que se negaron a emitirme una factura por no contratar directamente con ellos, incluso vía telefónica me dijeron lo mismo, son groseros y demuestran nulo interés en tu problema, después de varias llamadas y demostrarles por contrato que sí eran ellos quienes debían emitir la factura me dieron un mail para enviar los datos, que nunca respondieron, al final resultó que el mail no era el adecuado y no pude facturar. Nadie se hizo responsable.
AWFUL SERVICE, I contracted a service through Volaris and everything was fine until they refused to issue me an invoice for not contracting directly with them, they even told me the same thing by phone, they are rude and show no interest in your problem, after several calls and prove to them by contract that they were the ones who had to issue the invoice, they gave me an email to send the data, which they never answered, in the end it turned out that the email was not adequate and I could not invoice. Nobody took responsibility.
