They may be very good or even the best but the treatment is bad and they are very late. Go to them only for extreme cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saben lo que hacen profesionales totalmente pero sus tiempos son verdaderamente deplorables se tardan demasiado, 1 mes para un detalle sencillo de reparar, y si uno no marca no le dan info de su equipo, me mencionaron que ellos me marcaban (porque yo creo los habia fastidiado de marcarles) y nunca me marcaron hasta que yo les marque me dijeron que ya estaba listo.
They know what professionals do completely but their times are truly deplorable they take too long, 1 month for a simple detail to repair, and if one does not mark they do not give info of their equipment, they mentioned that they marked me (because I believe there were annoyed to mark them) and they never marked me until I checked them they told me I was ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se le pagó revisión y tarjeta faltante para reparación de monitor EV y nunca lo reparó ni entregó la pieza siempre inventando excusas y postergando la entrega. Me extraña que sea autorizado de Yamaha para reparaciones, que pena.
He was paid for revision and missing card for EV monitor repair and he never repaired it or delivered the part always making excuses and delaying delivery. I wonder that it is authorized by Yamaha for repairs, what a shame.

Muy buen servicio.
They fixed this piano that I had stopped working. It had a couple of keys that didn't sound, and here they opened it up and left it like new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable , como pueden ver en la hoja que adjunto entregue amplificador en octubre del 2021 y me hicieron entrega y sin reparar del amplificador, alegando que las piezas eran imposibles de conseguir, para esto te cobran 300 pesos de revisión los cuales no te regresan … en realidad pésimo servicio si pueden leer esto no los visiten , cero fórmales y cero profesionales
Zero recommended, as you can see in the attached sheet I delivered the amplifier in October 2021 and they gave me the amplifier without repairing, claiming that the parts were impossible to obtain, for this they charge you 300 revision pesos which they do not return ... really terrible service if you can read this do not visit them, zero training and zero professionals
