★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les hemos pedido hielo con anticipación y sin embargo no lo traen, les mandas mensaje y te confirman que si lo llevarán pero nunca llegan, pésimo servicio en cuanto a entregas.
We have asked for ice in advance and yet they do not bring it, you send them a message and they confirm that they will take it but they never arrive, terrible service in terms of deliveries.

ENVIAS UN MENSAJE AL VENDEDOR/CHOFER PARA SOLICITAR HIELOS Y JAMÁS, EN SERIO, JAMÁS TE CONTESTA, LAS FACTURAS TIENES QUE ROGAR QUE TE LAS ENVIE.
MARCAS A LA EMPRESA DIRECTO Y ES LA MISMA COSA, ME RESPONDIERON 2 VECES CON LA PROMESA DE ENVIAR LO SOLICITADO Y PASÓ EL DÍA ENTERO SIN SU LLEGADA.
¡¡¿COMO CONSERVAR CLIENTES CON ESTA FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDAD, SERIEDAD Y COMPROMISO?!!

SERIOUSLY, I DON'T KNOW HOW ELSE TO DESCRIBE THE INEFFICIENCY AND LACK OF SERIOUSNESS OF THIS COMPANY.
YOU SEND A MESSAGE TO THE SELLER / DRIVER TO REQUEST ICE AND THEY NEVER, SERIOUSLY, NEVER ANSWER YOU, THE INVOICES HAVE TO BE REQUESTED TO SEND THEM TO YOU.
BRANDS TO THE COMPANY DIRECTLY AND IT IS THE SAME THING, THEY REPLIED ME 2 TIMES WITH THE PROMISE TO SEND THE REQUESTED AND THE WHOLE DAY WAS WITHOUT THEIR ARRIVAL.
HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS WITH THIS LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY, SERIOUSNESS AND COMMITMENT? !!

The worst ice delivery service in town! They don't answer, they don't give solutions, they leave you in the dark, they deal with stories and excuses as to why their orders don't arrive... there is no one responsible for it. FATAL!
