Maybe because I'm an addict to stationary stuff, material for designing, etc. I don't give it the 5 stars because they usually pile up things in the back and it's too difficult to walk through those halls. The paper area lacks of enough and updated information. In general, it's more expensive than others places for office materials

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never been in an HiperLumen before and it is awesome! I was looking for drawing supplies and they had all that I need. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. A big difference from the costumer service I am accustomed to in Mexico City. I ended up adjusting my budget a bit to get more of supplies. It was a wonderful experience.

Their art supply section is very focused on oil painting and alike, but they have anything from engraving to book binding tools

Parking payment machines do not accept all bill denominations (ie $200 pesos), it gets hard to get change and this machines are operated by a 3rd party, there are not the responsibility of Hiperlumen
