★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a shared trip to Playa. The van was maxed out with 16 people. There was no AC. We traveled with no AC and masks on for 2 hours. Very long and uncomfortable ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid! Our worst experience.Unprofessional and dishonest. Not even clear indications on where we should meet. The lady hung up on me and would not answer afterwords. One hour late, not knowing where we should meet. I would rather walk then use this service again.

Take a taxi from playa del Carmen to Holbox (its 250 pesos) this place is a rip off. Worst customer service in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used holbox shuttle for three vip private shuttles..to and from Cancun/holbox ferry and also an airport shuttle..they were prompt and friendly every time ..I wouldn't hesitate to use them again..when people sign up for a shared van I would think they would expect a crowded van..thus I sprung for the private..and it was worth every peso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't need to book a trip with them (costs 350mxn). They only stop a colectivo for you and pay the drive. A trip Cancun - Holbox (start at the supermarket near the Ado bus terminal, where the cross is) or Holbox - Cancun costs one way with the colectivo 200 MXN.
Just as information: A trip with Ado bus costs sth like 340 MXN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I researched private shuttles to and from Holbox from the Cancun airport it was hard to choose. I ended up going with Holbox Shuttle a bit on a gamble but it paid off. Very timely and great drivers. Rigoberto gave us so much information and we felt very safe the whole time. I cannot speak about the other services since I did not use them...but if you were like me and weren't sure what service to use, you can't go wrong with these guys.
