★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was wonderful. We had a rental and parking was free. The beds were wonderful. I want to say this was the first place they offered toothpaste and toothbrush. This is a wonderful hotel, good deal. I do plan to return.
I wish that the pool would have been heated even though they said it was temperature controlled. In my opinion it was cold, and went back to our rooms. That was the only disappointment. I think they should try to get a hot tub for their hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has changed brands several times, but the same problems remain, the rooms are small and noisy, you can hear your neighbors and what goes on in the street. It is clean and staff is very friendly, bathrooms are good (no tub but nice shower). Air conditioner is old and noisy, needs an update, although at least when it’s on it drown out outside noise. Breakfast buffet is good, with plenty of variety. Good location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel. It is conveniently located off the cuota highway and is easy to get to and back on the highway from. The staff are all always friendly and helpful. I travel with two dogs so finding hotels to stay at in Mexico can be a challenge. The staff here has always welcomed my dogs and made them feel as welcome as I am. Having the restaurant/bar on site makes it easy for me to not leave the dogs alone in the room for long periods of time, and the food is delicious with a great menu. There is plenty of free parking and that is so convenient. The staff always helps to take our luggage up to our rooms and have even offered to help with the dogs. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and clean. I can't wait to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular Holiday Inn is my has been my go to choice over the years while my trip to unwind in Orizaba. Besides convenient location of the hotel is within walking distance to the popular points of interest and restaurants. The relaxing hotel accommodation and the courteous service staff makes it a very welcome stay. I always enjoy the daily brunch buffet variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here twice and in general it is a good hotel. Staff at the reception are attentive and very good. On the other hand, the management need to work on getting the staff in the restaurant up to standard. I was told that breakfast starts at 0630hrs - but generally nothing is ready at that time. Some of the restaurant staff are r e a l l y slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Excellent location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Wonderful bed and shower, but the room felt like it could use a refresh. Very comfortable, though. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet; dinner felt a bit like an afterthought. Would stay here again.
