I met Jose Luis Ramirez 6 weeks ago, when he conducted an inspection on a new house i had purchased in playa del carmen, mexico, as an American a bit out of my depth, i trusted his assessment because of how highly recommended he was...not only did he convince me of his genuineness in that first meeting, he has proven over and over again the depth of his skill set, and the versatility of his employees...as often happens, one project led to another - 3 closets, then a bookshelf with a rolling ladder, as well as rooftop air conditioning wiring and mold proofing, the painting of the interior and exterior (one of his areas of expertise), the cleaning of my reservoir tanks, the installation of a pump to provide greater water pressure, and my favorite, the construction of a room with a dutch door to enclose my stack washer dryer and keep it safe from the elements...his men have come day after day, often on weekends, and worked happily and tirelessly through heat, and sun, and every obstacle that 5 dogs and a cat can put in a team's way...they have danced to music, and taken the time to welcome me to this place that is already home, and each assessment has been invoiced and discussed thoroughly, so that i could understand the necessity of materials and the cost of labor involved...he is on my mini contact list of people to call the instant i need something done, whoever he tells me to use, i will do so with confidence, but selfishly, i hope he can fix any and every thing that happens here, i have a comfort level with him that is beyond measure, and was sorry (almost sorry) to say goodbye to his crew...now i can unpack joyfully, knowing that all is as it should be, a la JL!!!

As we were in the process of purchasing a condo in Playa del Carmen, we need a reliable home inspector. Even though the condo is brand new,, we felt that a proper and thorough home inspection was warranted. And that's when we saw Jose's company, Home Inspection Master Services,, through Google search. Apparently, there was not many home inspector in PDC (he's probably the only one!) and according to my realtor, home inspection is not very common in Mexico (which was mind blowing to me!!) In any case, all I can say is that Jose, aka Pepe, is such an amazing guy! Not only is he very professional, thorough, and prompt, he is very passionate about his work, super friendly and just down right super nice human being! He gave us so many tips about the condo, the area, furniture buying, and connecting us with other folks who provide services we would definitely need in the future. He also connected us with his previous client which was very much appreciated! I really truly highly recommend Jose (he is also a realtor and contractor in case you need one)! So, really a versatile guy to have around if you need anything in PDC. Don't hesitate to hire him!
