Japan and could not have been more disappointed. The sparkling water was flat, the gyoza's tasted the same despite different fillings, the roll was falling apart. The service was great, just a shame that the food was not.

On top, rainbow rolls has surimi sticks straight from the supermarket in it - not what you expect for that price. Rice was also really sweet. Fried food was decent. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear. Service was great (hence the 2 stars).

So happy we did because this was the best sushi I have had, hands down! I had the homu roll, good size portion and absolutely delicious! Will be back here next time I come to tulum
