Hooters - 77500 Cancún

Came here with a group of 11. Ordered the smoked beef sandwich. No smoke flavour as well as no other flavour than the burnt bun and lots of beef. Curly fries wasn't worth eating more than 4 bits. Atmosphere and staff were fine but I came hungry and left hangry

Hooters was great.. consistent even in Mexico! Low key, upstairs and closed off from the chaos of Main Street. A ton of football games and other sports running at all times, solid music and friendly staff!

Very clean . Great staff, and Awesome wings and burgers! Right in the heart of cancun.

Was my first good lunch in mexico?? Wings are a big plus. Beer is great.

If it wasn't for this one incident, they would have gotten 5/5 Stars. In January me and my family of 20 were accommodated at this hooters restaurant. We were so happy that they were able to sit us together, the food was delicious and service. Until at the very end of the night when it came time to pay for the bill. We paid for the whole bill with a credit card (tax and tip was already included). When they took the credit card to run the transaction, they added another 15% tip on top of what we already paid. Not sure if it was because they thought we were drunk from the beers we ordered that they didn't think we were going to notice. Then they claimed they weren't able to refund the amount back to the credit card because they weren't allowed too. (NEVER HEARD OF THIS) Then we asked them for the difference back in American cash. They stated they were only able to refund the money back in Mexican pesos. This was our last day, there is nothing we can do with so much Mexican pesos on our last day. They ruined our night. The evening would have ended so perfect if they didn't try to rob our money. So dissatisfied.

Here at an all-inclusive wedding and decided to get a change of pace and take the bus into the giant tourist area. Gotta say, Hooters was ON POINT. Sparkling bathrooms, amazing blue cheese, wings were on the money. Plus we got 2 "Mega Beer" towers. Such a blast. Litsy was our server. She was very nice and attentive. As was everyone else on staff. It was actually a really great change of pace from the daily Resort food. We live in St Pete/Clearwater, Hooters' backyard, and this location rivals any location we've visited around Tampa Bay, even the original. Well done, Cancún!

Leidi was so nice to me and the other people here at the Hooters in Cancun, Mexico. I will definitely come back, I love the ambiance. Food and drinks are comparable to USA, but the women look better than USA, service is much better too ???I would definitely recommend. ?❤️
