★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una reservacion en una página en la que aparecían, me contactaron del hotel para q hiciera una transferencia de 600 y se respetará dicha reservacion, sin embargo por un problema personal q tuve q cancelar lo cual hice en tiempo para q me reembolsará mi deposito. Contacte a el encargado del hotel José Gabriel Herrera Tanco y lleva 1 mes mintiendome me comenta diario q en ese mismo día me depositara y hasta el día de hoy no me ha pagado. Y a partir del día de hoy ya no me contesta el telefono. Me sorprendió el cinismo q tuvo hace unos días al decirme q así como a mi me debía, había otras 3 personas igual.
Comparto mi historia xq este señor usa su hotel para finalmente robar a las personas. Es una pena q x personas como el no queden ganas de ir a Mineral del Chico y definitivamente no quiero q vuelva a robar a nadie por ese espero q mi experiencia les sirva.

Contact the hotel manager José Gabriel Herrera Tanco and he has been lying to me for 1 month, he tells me that he deposited me that day and that he has not paid me to this day. And as of today, I no longer answer the phone. I was surprised by the cynicism he had a few days ago when he told me that as he owed me, there were 3 other people alike.
I share my story xq this gentleman uses his hotel to finally rob people. It's a shame that people like him do not want to go to Mineral del Chico and I definitely do not want him to steal anyone again because of that I hope my experience will serve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos una reservación con un mes de anticipación, y al llegar al hotel estaba cerrado el acceso. Después de media hora nos salieron con que la cabaña estaba en reparación y nos acomodaron en otro lugar. Yo confirmé mi reservación días antes y nunca se me hizo saber que no tendría la habitación esperada.
We made a reservation one month in advance, and access was closed upon arrival at the hotel. After half an hour we left with that the cabin was under repair and they accommodated us in another place. I confirmed my reservation days before and I was never told that I would not have the expected room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar bonito.. Tienen árboles frutales y estacionamiento.. Sin embargo en las habitaciones el mobiliario, las cortinas, las sábanas almohadas y cobertores dejan muchísimo que desear. Los colchones súper duros y parece que están cubiertos por una funda plástica. Si esta limpio en general pero por lo menos en la habitación que me quedé, olía a humedad. No es un hotel barato tipo 1300 pesos por habitación, por lo que podrían mejorar en ese aspecto. Esta cerca del centro del pueblo y se puede ir y venir caminando. El servicio es muy bueno y las personas son muy amables.
It is a beautiful place .. They have fruit trees and parking .. However in the rooms the furniture, the curtains, the sheets, pillows and covers leave a lot to be desired. The mattresses are super hard and look like they are covered by a plastic cover. Yes it is clean in general but at least in the room that I stayed, it smelled musty. It is not a cheap hotel type 1300 pesos per room, so they could improve in that aspect. It is close to the center of town and you can walk back and forth. The service is very good and the people are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos con tiempo, antes de llegar y fue una buena desición. Bastante amplio y cómodo, perfecto hasta para 7 y 8 personas.
We booked in advance, before arriving and it was a good decision. Quite spacious and comfortable, perfect for up to 7 and 8 people.
