Terrible service. Cashiers gossiping like Jonathan García; commenting on the doctors, nor on the insurance. Excessive charges and no ability to solve problems (they kept me waiting 6 hours!). For the cost, it is better memorial, medical star or Victoria

The attention of the hospital employees is very similar to that of a public hospital with its bureaucracy. A relative spent 3 days here for a gastrointestinal issue. Starting with the admissions clerk in the ER, he didn't know anything for everything he had to talk about or ask. Then they did some studies that were never delivered to us and to receive them I had to walk from side to side and talk on the phone, a week after the patient left the hospital I finally got the studies. The doctor indicated a diet without irritants, the food they brought was always irritating. The room falling apart and with very little insulation since they are made of drywall. The cleaning employees, who are from an outside company, do as little cleaning as possible. A lot of dust in the area of the furniture near the windows of the room. Some nurses with worse care than imss ill-mannered nurses. On discharge day we had to wait hours for someone in a wheelchair to show up, otherwise we couldn't get out. There is a bureaucracy with no sense of service, which for the money they charge should not be like that. It is by no means a hospital of excellence. And to top it off they charge you for parking.

Hello; to whom it May concern . I was in this hospital 24 hours. I was in the operating room, the doctors who treated me were not from the hospital, which was excellent. The hospital staff was friendly and attentive. The bad experience was administrative. It took them 2 hours to find out how much I owed to the hospital, because I was going to pay the doctors in the operating room separately. From the hospital it was 18,000.00 pesos, and until then there was no problem, they could be paid. The problem was they wanted cash, or if I used a debit or credit card, they would charge me 5.7 commission. If you don't want to pay 5.7 commission, take a sack with enough cash

US tourists , if you want to have the worst experience in your life come to Hospital Angeles, Noone on the administration department knows anything everybody is so incompetent, they don't even know how to dial to a US number, they cannot write English not even speak it, they are part of the blueshield insurance network but they play dumb and give you all kind of excuses to don't get pay through insurance, after getting discharged I spent 3 more days on the room waiting for them to receive a guarantee of payment from the insurance and they told me to also call my insurance to "speedup" the process, after calling my insurance I found they never sent any paperwork, basically they let me wait there until I broke and got anxiety and claustrophobia from the lack of sunlight and fresh air (I couldn't leave my room), at the end I have to pay like 15k usd upfront. Hospital Angeles and the people working in administration are the more corrupted and incompetent people I ever know, plus they and the doctors will push you to make your payment in cash (otherwise you have to pay an additional 6.2% fee if you use any type of card, yes even if you use a debit card!) so they are either committing money laundry or tax evasion. Viva México!!!

Thieves. My husband was there after a terrible accident. I approached them three days before his discharge to ask how they wanted to be paid. I offered a wire transfer. They said no, that takes too long. I offered a check. No. I offered a credit card. Ok. They charged me a 6.6% merchant processing fee. Mexican law allows up to 3%. They have a terrible reputation for billing abuses. I am putting together my lawsuit. Believe me, I can afford to sue and look forward to it
