★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo hospital, el personal te hace sentir que estas en el imss, son groseros y te atienden de malas, hoy tenia programada operación para mi esposa ya con previa cita y de malas nos atendieron para que al final nos salieran con que no hay habitaciones y que nos esperaramos en la recepción unas 4 horas. Por favor eso dejenselo al Ruben memuero (Leñero) o al Magdalena de las sardinas (Salinas). Y es particular y no cobran 50 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se roban los tenis del paciente, la enfermera del turno nocturno que está tatuada súper grosera y mal educada, el policía tiene negocio de venta de cigarros y le preocupa más su negocio que ayudar a abrir y cerrar su puerta, los camilleros y enfermeras ponen música muy alto volumen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este hospital tuve la peor experiencia hasta el momento, ingresé a mi esposa de urgencia, contamos con seguro de gastos médicos mayores por GNP, el personal de admisión me pidió todos los datos de ambos, así como las credenciales y la póliza, la tipa que me atendió nunca me refirió que no contaban con convenio con mi aseguradora, sino que esto me lo dijeron hasta que ya tenían la alta medica. Todo el personal administrativo tiene la consigna de exprimir a los pacientes, el gerente en turno al explicarle que su personal nunca me dijo que no tenia convenio, Solo se limitó a decirme que ese problema no era de el, que yo tenia que pagar para que mi esposa pudiera salir. Sus protocolos de información son nefastos. Nunca, por ningún motivo, lleguen a atenderse a este hospital. La CONAMED ya está enterada de esta situación y se tomaran cartas en el asunto!

Pésimo servicio, los enfermeros unos groseros y la gente de administración pésima. No les recomiendo este lugar. Pésimo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ponemos dos estrellas todo el personal médico muy bien, los policías muy amables ?? , la administración pésima no mandan los trámites de la alta ni se apuran hasta que lo haces tú y empiezas a envestigar por tu cuenta el por qué se tardan tanto y así es cómo se" agiliza más " . Limpieza buena el área de comida barata pero el personal muy mamón todo te niegan y le dan prioridad a las enfermeras eso de mérito todo . Al final se perdió el control de la tele y pase un mal rato sientodo que yo me robe el control que nunca apareció rematamos con que en el estacionamiento del hospital bajan la gasolina del coche siendo que no son distancias largas las que se hacen como para que de baje tantísimo la gasolina abusados ahí ! En fin de todo aprende uno .

En cuanto llegas te escanean buscando el símbolo de pesos, te hacen llenar un formulario preguntando si tienes seguros de gastos, casa propia, auto propio etc. Despotas y alzadas las trabajadoras, ojo. Los doctores y enfermeras no, pero se ve que están bajo el yugo para pedir estudios innecesarios y gastos de todo tipo. Querían más estudios traslados a otro hospital y hasta cirugía, el especialista de lo que sea cobra 3500. Es un verdadero robadero, querían depósito de 40 mil pesos de inicio, afortunadamente no los llevaba porqué terminé sacándo mi paciente de urgencias a las 6 horas y mi cuenta fue de 20 mil pesos., Sólo lo tuvieron en observación y cobran por hora, Es muy triste la situación en el sector salud en México, pero aquí de verdad es terrible, NO VAYAN A CAMI
