★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención al cliente, mi refri se descompuso un domingo pues inmediatamente el lunes acudimos a este lugar, dónde solo el lunes nos hicieron el diagnóstico, y nos dijeron que esa misma tarde llegarían con la refacción para componerlo y les dimos el dinero, pues llegaron hasta el miércoles, a pesar de que el lunes y martes estuvimos tras de ellos para que nos compusieran en refri, nos ponían pretextos y no daban la cara, y pues nuestra comida se hecho a perder, no trabajen con esta gente, son flojos según abren a las 9 am pero hasta las 11:00 te empiezan a dar atención el técnico, no dan atención de urgencias si el fin de semana se descompone su refri solo van en la mañana y ya no regresan, hasta el lunes si te va bien.
Terrible service, terrible customer service, my fridge broke down on a Sunday because immediately on Monday we went to this place, where they only gave us the diagnosis on Monday, and they told us that that same afternoon they would arrive with the spare part to fix it and we gave them the money , well, they didn't come until Wednesday, despite the fact that on Monday and Tuesday we were after them so they could fix us up in the fridge, they gave us excuses and didn't show their faces, and well, our food was spoiled, don't work with these people, they are lazy as they open at 9 am but until 11:00 the technician begins to give you attention, they do not give emergency attention if the fridge breaks down on the weekend they only go in the morning and do not return, until Monday yes you're doing fine
