ESTUVE TRATANDO DE COMUNICARME PARA PREGUNTAR POR UN FAMILIAR POR QUE YO ESTABA EN OTRO ESTADO Y NUNCA CONTESTARON EL TELEFONO DESPUES CONSEGUI OTRO Y ERA DEL AREA ADMINISTRATIVA Y NO PUDIERON AYUDARME, QUE DESESPERANTE ES. THE DEFICIENT IS THE COMMUNICATION. I WAS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE TO ASK FOR A FAMILY MEMBER BECAUSE I WAS IN ANOTHER STATE AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AFTER I GOT ANOTHER AND IT WAS FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME, WHAT IS DESPERATE.

There should be better conconizacion and in general be more hospitable to people, by the way lacks water, soap and paper in the bathrooms and that of the sedena is not like this.

Se les anima a continuar mejorando en sus áreas de oportunidad. Esta a tres cuatro cuadras de la avenida hidalgo. Cuenta con estacionamiento muy chico pero a los alrededores existen varios locales muy buenos. Si vienen por la mañana tienen que probar los tacos rojos que venden en la esquina. Muy bueno, también el servicio tiene que mejorar!! The hospital is very clean and well maintained. It has very good facilities. The service is getting better. T	Tibu280 Del Ángel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sin duda, la disciplina militar y no se discute, buena atención observo que le brindan a mi hermana, quien es derechohabiente, pero como familiar que deseo saber informe de como avanza su estado después de una cirugía, no me dieron nada, que tengo que ir presencial y e estado ahí pero solo a media cuadra en la calle por el COVID-19 en urgencias y hasta el marido, y está bien y lo hice por teléfono y nada de información, que incongruentes y descorteses, si lo hago así presisamente por la pandemia del COVID-19. Preciso, eso fue en área de trabajo social. Y ya ni quiero saber a qué hora son las visitas para no visitar, no vaya a contagiarme o a contagiar. Solo pedir más atención y calidad humana. Como código de Conducta. Y digo por esta pandemia, aunque no me guste y agradezco la atención que le brindan a todos los pacientes y felicitarlos. Gracias por leer estas líneas .
