Excellent service, the facilities on the outside have an old look but inside their areas have the correct maintenance and some areas are remodeled and modern. The treatment of the reception in the emergency room, the nurses, the emergency doctor and the radiology area were excellent and very cordial. The only person who needs to improve (be cordial) is the one who attends the pharmacy.

This hospital is a REAL GARBAGE, I went because it was possible COVID, Dr. Dante Gonzalez did not even want to treat me, with jobs I managed to avoid his persuasions to do the test and have a medical exam, The doctor did not even want to come to check my lungs or lymph nodes even if he was coughing and they were inflamed, I was diagnosed with reflux and they just gave me a riopan and cough syrup, that I did not see symptoms of covid but that if the test came out positive it would tell me the warning signs and what I should do next, then I got the test THAT IF I WAS POSITIVE TO COVID, and they left me abandoned outside, I asked the information module if I could go out The doctor told me what's up because that's what we arranged and they ran me away saying that it wasn't even about covid there that I should go look for a doctor who did treat covid that they couldn't do anything else for me

What a shame. This hospital is already known from the news article that they discriminated against a trans woman in an emergency situation and did not attend to save her life and the hospitals are supposed to help the person regardless of the discrimination. You should this is the worst hospital that treats a person differently and I hope that they no longer discriminate against people, much less trans people, because Trans people have been vulnerable in a Mexican society where there is discrimination, stigma and prejudice. The Holy Trinity Hospital has an excellent service. incredibly clean Nurses and Nurses deserve to be mentioned. Professional and very kind. Most do not mention them, they just have negative things to say The entrance to the hospital requires a Covid test, which is very good for me because it protects each and every one of us. We got a small room leaving the door open to a very nice patio. I would like to thank all the well-stocked cleaning, nursing and pharmacy team. The cafeteria has a simple but very tasty menu. My mom had surgery here on the recommendation of her doctor. We liked the hospital, my mother chose the room she wanted, I was by her side and she had a place to sleep, a large closet and a comfortable bathroom to shower. Nurses and nurses are mostly young. The hospital is clean. My favorite part was that when my mom had to walk, the hospital has gardens and a very nice chapel to go to. A 24-hour coffee shop for me.
