I took my music box there to get the usb replaced they said to leave it wth them , told me to come back in one and a half hours ,so I returned in an hour and a half later to my amazment they told me my usb was no good and they did not have one to replace it and that will be 50 pesos are you serious ! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN THEY DID NOTHING !

I left my Mac charger in CDMX and was in a pinch - after 2 hours of searching various spots in PVR (including the Apple Store) and striking out, these guys had a temporary solution as we as ability to order a replacement. Happy expat.
