Sabrina
Everything went very well! We went there because my husband had slipped by the hotel swimming pool, his chest and back pain was extremely painful, it was very difficult to move ... We therefore went urgently to this small hospital in the tourist area to do x-rays. I admit that we were especially afraid of the total bill because being a tourist, we know that the prices go up very quickly ... In short, when I arrived there, my husband was taken care of straight away! He had a consultation and 2 x-rays of the thorax (front and back) as well as the spine. We were relieved to see that he didn't have any fractures, only a huge bruise in his back muscles. The doctor therefore gave him injections and gave him medicine ... for a total in pesos equivalent to 125 € (we really expected bcp +) The doctor was really great, he speaks perfect English (we don't speak Spanish) and he gave us his personal phone number so that we could reach him for anything. I inquired at the reception if we could come to this hospital for a simple medical consultation and it is possible (because we stay a good time in Cancún and we have our child with us). All in all, I would definitely stay there again. Sabrina

Dr. attended me very kindly, and put me a gel and a bandage. We decided that since I was going to travel a day later, it was more convenient to check me back in my city. They respected me a medicine that they had there. Very good price, pay little for attention.

A complete scam! A single doctor runs this place- he is a smooth talker. My wife went there with a cold and we were charged $500 for the consultation- medicine was on top. He added absurd charges like translation charge which our insurance refused to honor later. When we pushed back on the fee quoted his excuse was that we would have paid much more in the US. Take the cab down to the downtown and save the hassle. PS: The review below is by the doctor who runs this

Really nice staff but rarely in English. Only Google Translate but they give their best. Calculate enough time especially in the morning. Doctor just arrived 1 hour later. Good for little things had a plugged ear, got a clean up and paid around 75€.
