Solo pasa la persona que va a consulta y no hay nadie más en la sala de espera tienen que estar en el exterior. El médico es amable y cordial
To go to a general consultation you have to make an appointment, but it has a good protocol of care against COVID-19.
Only the person who is going to consult passes and there is no one else in the waiting room they have to be outside. The doctor is kind and friendly

Quizás les funcione un taller de atención a clientes.
The doctor is fine but the reception staff and the doctor's assistant leave much to be desired in terms of dealing with patients and companions.
Perhaps a customer service workshop will work for them.
