Las instalaciones son limpias y el personal amable. Very happy with the service and the attention provided. My husband was stung by a sea urchin and he was treated very well. The facilities are clean and the staff friendly.

Cuando llegamos no había ni un doctor, tuvimos que esperar a que llegara "el dueño", quien no tenía ninguna especialización. Si pueden evitarlo, háganlo. Está el hospital de San Pancho, mucho mejor, Vallarta o hasta Tepic. My worst experience in a hospital. When we arrived there was not even a doctor, we had to wait for "the owner" to arrive, who did not have any specialization. If you can help it, do it. There is the San Pancho hospital, much better, Vallarta or even Tepic.

K	Ken Sheaves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Hospital NIGHTMARE Feb. 2018 Givem many unnecessary drugs , wrong diagnosis, made the mistake of saying “we hsd good travel insurance.” Gave drugs for herpes, epilepsy, digoxin, bacterial pneumonia, bacterial encephalitis , antibiotics etc..Bill came to over $25, 000. Canadian. Out to gouge our Can. medical Insurance system. Very difficult to get discharged!!! Can. Specialists examined patient upon return to Can. NONE of it true. Grrrr. AVOID this hospital , Good, reliable hospital in San Pancho.
D	Dawn Acosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is dirty and doesn’t use protocols. Masks were being used, but no gloves. They had no pads to put down on the beds to prevent them getting wet. No soap in the bathroom. Towel was dirty in the room. Had to call the only nurse working for 2 days straight multiple times for help. Not really her fault since she was trying to be the receptionist and nurse for everyone there. Doctor/director had minimal interest in what was going on. Disagreed every time we asked a question and always ended with- do what you want, that’s just my opinion. No lights on. Felt as if everything was ran at the bare minimum. If you have any way to go to a different hospital I would definitely advise to do so.
