★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí al ISSSTE, a una cita programada con la dentista y me paso lo siguiente:
Llegue a las 08:00, enseguida llego la doctora, 10 minutos después, abre la puerta y pregunta, ¿quién va a pasar a consulta?
Dos pacientes contestamos, yo.
La doctora responde: en cuanto me traigan los expedientes los llamo.
Enseguida llego la responsable de los expedientes.
Finalmente me notificaron que mi cita no estaba registrada, por lo tanto no recibiría la atención.
Para ello eran ya las 8:25.
Durante este tiempo pudimos percatarnos que a dos enfermeras, no se les podía interrumpir, los pacientes llegaban para consultar algunas dudas, y solo contestaban, ¡aquí lea usted! La plática seguía y así estuvieron durante 30 minutos, ya que se pusieron al corriente de lo acontecido el fin de semana, cada quien se fue a sus lugares.
Para quienes somos derechohabientes de esta institución, sabemos:
1.- que si llega 3 ó 4 minutos tarde, pierde su cita.
Así que hoy, un servidor no paso a consulta con el argumento de que mi cita no estaba programada. ()
y por otro lado la consulta dental, inició a las 08:25, cuando la paciente debería pasar a las 8:00, pero es normal. Ojala se puedan componer las cosas.
 Today I went to the ISSSTE, to a scheduled appointment with the dentist and the following happened to me:
Arrive at 08:00, immediately the doctor arrived, 10 minutes later, open the door and ask, who will go to the office?

The doctor answers: as soon as they bring me the files, I call them.
Soon the person in charge of the files arrived.
Finally I was notified that my appointment was not registered, therefore I would not receive the attention.
For that it was already 8:25.
During this time we could realize that two nurses could not be interrupted, the patients arrived to ask some questions, and only answered, here you read! The talk continued and they were like that for 30 minutes, since they got acquainted with what happened over the weekend, each one went to their places.
For those of us who are entitled to this institution, we know:
1.- that if you arrive 3 or 4 minutes late, you miss your appointment.
So today, a server did not go to consultation with the argument that my appointment was not scheduled. ()
and on the other hand the dental consultation, started at 08:25, when the patient should pass at 8:00, but it is normal. Hopefully you can compose things.

Avendaño el cual de forma déspota me atendió y no supo explicar los cambios en mi tratamiento. Necesitan más Empatía con los pacientes ya que acudimos por necesidad!!! 0por afectación en nuestra salud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este hospital dejaron morir a mi prima, solo digo que todo se paga en esta vida tarde que temprano. Mejor cuidense los médicos están totalmente insensibilizados ahora solo piensan en dinero y no en curar al paciente.
In this hospital they let my cousin die, I'm just saying that everything is paid for in this life sooner rather than later. Better take care of yourselves the doctors are totally desensitized now they only think about money and not about curing the patient.
