I arrived at the emergency room due to lack of air, they made me wait more than 30 minutes, the guy Uriel Gazga, a terrible lightning bolt, asked me for urine and blood tests. He suspected that I had covid. He did not prescribe medicine. My oxygenation was at 80. He told me to go home and get an oxygen tank. or to admit myself to a hospital that for the season had room in one I did 2 tests for covid and both came out negative one pcr and it also came back negative and I decided because I had to go to Toluca I went with another doctor he did a study and the diagnosis was asthma without me knowing what he had, apart from the fact that they charge expensively, they do not attend well and never provide care or what you pay for and according to him he is a general practitioner it turns out that he is a midwife surgeon but he only has a certificate as a non-specialist technician with that type of doctor And more so with that hospital, never go to the emergency room, not even for wanting quick attention, your life is in danger since they make you wait...

A really unpleasant service I went to that hospital because I wanted to have my baby there and I arrived in my last check-ups I went to consultations every week and it always seemed that what mattered to them was money the receptionist's attention was not pleasant they assigned me I went to a gynecologist so that he could treat me during my last stage of pregnancy. I trusted that whenever I needed it, both my doctor and the hospital would be on the lookout; the day came to have my baby and I tried to contact the doctor and he practically put me off They sent me to the hospital and they behaved very despotic, justifying that they did what I suggested and they ended up sending me to the women's hospital when I trusted this hospital because I was willing to pay for a good service, I was already doing very badly and so on they didn't care if they left me adrift unfortunately I didn't have a second option in the hospital and at dawn in my bad condition I went back and forth looking for medical attention I almost missed I was going through my delivery and I arrived very badly at a clinic where they treated me because I arrived vomiting blood I looked very bad and it doesn't seem fair to me that when I went I always paid without making excuses Eye only from the heart do not trust this hospital so much

It is the second time, unfortunately the gastro is always late and worst of all, it arrives and attends you in less than 3 minutes, without inspection, a seer, without touching or checking you, says he knows what, a seer medicine. Instead of treating you, the general practitioner preached that my wife learned to be a mother through you tube, until I got up and yelled at him, I stopped opening my mouth and to wash things down, the receptionist in the afternoon confirms the appointment for the gastro and at the last minute, already being there, she cancels me, because the doctor had to go out with her boyfriend because she hadn't eaten and maybe not return it, it would be better another day, and the pharmacy, all with their faces, it seems that both the consultation and medications you ask for free. That is not service, they do not try to improve, it is worth it, the only important thing is to charge and offer a mediocre service, quality does not exist.

This hospital is many years old, my mother, had me here and the attention of Dr Escobar, gynecologist is fantastic, I don't know if he still works here, but even when we attended a Gallbladder operation, Dr Escobar never left us alone (no being her specialty, I come in to give my mother peace of mind) and like everyone else, the attention to collection leaves a lot to be desired, the lady has been there for years, I see it difficult for them to change her.

Personally, I have had very good doctors, it is a pity that Dr. William is no longer consulted, he is an excellent Gastroenterologist. In psychiatry Dr Justiniano Colin is one of the best doctors, he is the best of all, however the Dermatologist, although he recommends good medications, does not allow an excellent experience in the consultation and much less gives the confidence to explain the health problem that has been presenting , I only went to two consultations and did not return, it is very offensive when addressing people and more so young people. I ask you in the most attentive way to ask the Dr to improve his attitude, because one pays to be heard and to attend to our discomforts, but it seems that this doctor is only interested in prescribing and humiliating patients, besides that he always has the music at volume when he consults.!

I called to ask if there was a gastro appointment for a 7-year-old boy (morning reception), the girl who attended me assured that they would attend to me. The next day I arrive and they tell me that this doctor does not take care of children (afternoon reception), I explain to the girl that they had confirmed the appointment and she answers that it is not her problem that they gave me the wrong reports. Terrible experience and more so because the first face of the hospital is the reception. And from what I see in the comments it's the same problem for years and they haven't done anything to solve it

The attention is good and the doctors are not bad but not very good either, a good place for a small emergency that is not life or death. The cost (price) of an emergency consultation at night is $400 pesos and I think that the normal consultation costs $300, for the price and the attention I think they are fine, it is not that exaggerated
