★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con mi esposa a consulta la atención médica fue buena. Sin embargo el servicio de Valente parking es pésimo. La consulta fue a las 8:00 pm y el servicio termina a las 9:00 pm. Por lo que estacionó el auto y entregó las llaves sin embargo con los 2 minutos que estuvo en el coche tuvo tiempo de robarse el botón del freno de mano, un muñeco de la hija. Obvio cuando salí ya se había retirado y en la clínica nadie sabe nada. No se hacen responsables.
Es un error de la clínica no hacerse responsables ya que el valet parking es parte de la atención integral al paciente y su familia, es un delincuente la persona robar es robar.
Y obvio el abusones mayor cuando se hace en momentos donde las personas se encuentran en un grado de vulnerabilidad ante la atención clínica de la enfermedad de un familiar.
Espero que el hospital modifique su atención del servicio como parte de la calidad de la atención integral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio soy personal de salud y conozco él medio y procesos de atención, el cobro, atención, instalación y no puedo generalizar el personal pero muy malo.
La calidad la da el especialista osea el medico tratante que tu llevas, no las instalaciones y te cobran como si fuera de primer nivel, medicamentos genéricos y te los cobran como de patente, nunca conocí a su médico de guardia, falta de personal como institución pública, etc. No lo recomiendo no pierdas tu dinero y tiempo. Pesimo

The quality is given by the specialist, that is, the treating doctor that you have, not the facilities and they charge you as if it were first class, generic medicines and they charge you as patent, I never met their doctor on call, lack of personnel as an institution public etc I do not recommend it do not waste your money and time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia pésima, uno llega grabe y no te atienden hasta que pagues por adelantado y todavía hacen llenar papeles. Así como cobran deberían de dar la atención que todos nos merecemos, el personal es déspota, no hay higiene, se supone que es urgencia, dan la atención y ya que este estable y a salvo el paciente se va realizando los cobros. Pero no primero el negocio, así que si ustedes tienen un familiar mal o grave o por operar no pierdan su dinero, tiempo y enojo. Mejor busquen otro hospital que si brinde la atención y no haga las cosas solo por ganar dinero, ya ni en los hospitales públicos me trataron como ustedes. Pésimo servicio, hoy por mi mañana por ustedes de verdad vallan a otro hospital privado que si este verificado por la experiencia de pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dude en ir por algunas reseñas pero mi hijo de 7 años se accidentó y se abrió la ceja, lo lleve y la verdad quedamos encantados, desde el policía de la entrada, la recepcionista, las enfermeras y la doctora super amables, lindas con mi hijo, quedamos encantados!!!!
Igual tiene que ver cómo tratamos a las personas, recordemos tratar como queremos ser tratados!

I hesitated to go for some reviews but my 7-year-old son had an accident and opened his eyebrow, I took him and the truth is that we were delighted, from the policeman at the entrance, the receptionist, the nurses and the super friendly doctor, cute with my son , we are delighted !!!!
The same has to do with how we treat people, let's remember to treat how we want to be treated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio sus "profesionales de la salud" dan mal diagnóstico y no saben cómo actuar.
Pésimo servicio la verdad cero recomendable, les preocupa más el pago que atender a sus pacientes en el área de urgencias.
Si pueden mejor vayan a otro servicio, pierdes mucho tiempo para que te atiendan en una emergencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo ampliamente el Hospital, instalaciones adecuadas y personal capacitado, sólo que al inicio es un poco tardado el llenado de papeles para una cirugía, todos lo demás está muy bien.
I highly recommend the Hospital, adequate facilities and trained personnel, only that at the beginning it is a bit slow to fill out the paperwork for a surgery, everything else is very good.
