★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Se dicen "hospital" y no cuentan con la infraestructura necesaria. Fui por una urgencia y me dicen que el ecografo es por cita y viene hasta dentro de 1 mes. No vuelvo ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se llevó a mi perro el jueves de la semana pasada, si no es por que se le pide a la veterinaria que le ausculte tórax y abdomen no lo hacía, no le realizó biometria hematica y le dio alta a pesar de la condicionen que en que se encontraba, en el transcurso del día se llevó a urgencias donde quedó hospitalizado. Deberían considerar mejor la evaluación de las mascotas

Un trato digno y muy consientes con los costos.
Honrados y atentos los médicos, me mantuvieron siempre al tanto de la evolución de mis mascotas .
Todo el personal muy bello estoy agradecida y muy feliz de encontrar un lugar genial para mis mascotas. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Por este medio hago saber que la pésima atención de la persona que atiende en recepción es pésima. Muy mala actitud, aparte no sabe de atención al público, desconoce los tipos de jeringas, pedí una jeringa rosa, pero no supo y su respuesta fue no hay, más bien no las conocía… como siendo hospital no van a tener jeringas para aplicar suero subcutáneo, mejor conocida como “jeringa rosa” que la mujer que me atendió hoy sábado siendo las 7:12pm no supe, solo responde con su mala actitud. Y en otro tema, nunca tienen NADA,preguntas por alimento y siempre dicen, no hay, ”el lunes surten” no salen de esa contestación.
Trato pésimo y en cuanto a médicos está igual siempre andan adivinando el diagnóstico muy mal trato

Terrible treatment and as far as doctors are concerned, they are always guessing the diagnosis, very bad treatment
