La verdad cero lo recomendaría.
 Bad customer service. The shop assistant does not have good attention (or attitude) and does not provide options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio Premier para ropa de calidad. Sí lavan gamuza y demás prendas que requieren un mejor trato. No son tan accesibles los precios pero vale la pena para artículos que te costaron buen dinero y se quieren cuidar. El local y estacionamiento es pequeño, solo 2 cajones. Por lo general se tardan entre 5 días y una semana para la entrega.
Very good Premier service for quality clothing. Yes they wash suede and other garments that require a better treatment. The prices are not so accessible but it is worth it for items that cost you good money and want to take care of yourself. The local and parking is small, only 2 drawers. It usually takes 5 days to one week for delivery.

Pero al recibir mi prenda (un saco) tenia una gran arruga de 15 centimetros junto con otras pequeñas y una manchita que no tenía por detras de no se que cosa? , debo aceptar que me dieron la opcion de regresarla y mejorarla un punto por ello pero ya seria la tercera vuelta porque como les mencioné no la tuvieron lista el dia que quedaron y me tuve que regresar y si hubiera aceptado es regresarme a mi casa y ooootra vez ir por la prenda por 3ra vez. Yo no sé si esto casi no pasa en todas No generalizo pero yo solo coomparto mi experiencia. Pero es una tintoreria que es PREMIER por eso pagamos un poco mas y deben entregar la prenda bien planchadita a la PRIMERA. Agradezco su servicio pero prefiero intentar en otro lado. Buena tarde a todos.

But it is a dry cleaner that is PREMIER so we pay a little more and they must deliver the garment well ironed to the FIRST. I appreciate your service but I prefer to try elsewhere. Le quitaron los tirantes con aplicaciones de cristal, SIN AUTORIZACIÓN, me lo trataron de entregar SIN TIRANTES! despues del tremendo coraje segun ellos lo iban a arreglar y SE LOS PUSIERON MAL!!! Despues de 4 vueltas no tuvieron idea de como arreglarlo y lo dejaron FATAL!!! Son lo peor, no vayan a esta tintorería ???
THE WORST DRY CLEANING IN GUADALAJARA!!! They made claws my wedding dress!!! They removed the straps with crystal applications, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, they tried to deliver it to me WITHOUT STRAPS! after the tremendous courage according to them they were going to fix it and THEY PUT THEM WRONG!!! After 4 laps they had no idea how to fix it and left it FATAL!!! They are the worst, do not go to this dry cleaner ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE LAVAN LAS MANOS. Dan un ticket de recibido con descripciones que no son correctas. El mÍo ponía MANCHADA E HILOS JALADOS lo cual no es cierto. Le pedí a la señorita que me mostrara las manchas e hilos jalados de mi prenda y no pudo. Terminó diciéndome que ese es un mensaje estándar que se le imprime a los tickets. Me da a pensar que lo ponen para quitarse la responsabilidad por si manchan o rompen la prenda.
WASH YOUR HANDS. They give a received ticket with descriptions that are not correct. Mine said STAINED AND PULLED THREADS which is not true. I asked the lady to show me the stains and threads pulled from my garment and she couldn't. He finished by telling me that this is a standard message that is printed on tickets. It makes me think that they put it to take off the responsibility in case they stain or break the garment.

De otro tipo de telas no hay problema.
Do not leave leather clothes, they tell you that if it is damaged it is not their fault and they are not careful, apart from being expensive, they broke a jacket on my shoulder.
For other types of fabrics there is no problem.
