★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí por urgencia este hospital. Todo el tiempo fueron amables y profesionales. Tenía miedo pues había leído los comentarios negativos mientras esperaba que me atendieran. Por la urgencia no pude ir con mi veterinaria de siempre. Ella leyó los comentarios y me tranquilizó explicándome que muchas veces la ignorancia de la gente no le permite entender los procedimientos. Desde entonces he regresado a sacar análisis a mi mascota con problema de carácter, tenia miedo que le trataran mal pero me siento muy confiada en ver que el mal carácter de mi mascota no es impedimento para brindarme un servicio humano.
 I got to know this hospital urgently. They were friendly and professional all the time. I was scared because I had read the negative comments while waiting for them to take care of me. Due to the urgency, I couldn't go to my usual vet. She read the comments and reassured me by explaining that many times the ignorance of the people does not allow her to understand the procedures. Since then I have returned to test my pet with a character problem, I was afraid that they would treat him badly but I feel very confident in seeing that the bad character of my pet is not an impediment to provide me with a human service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lugar, el veterinario parece mecánico, haciendo diferentes interpretaciones solo a vista, solo te sacan dinero por un tratamiento súper básico y a veces incongruentes con lo que tienen los pequeños animales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el servicio, el “médico” atiende de mala gana, antepone el precio de la consulta, súper grosero, nada recomendable acudir ahí, no tiene vocación a su profesión, solo le interesa saber si el cliente puede pagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la necesidad de llevar ahí a mi perrito y la verdad pésimo y aparte super majadero. Creo iba a tragar eran como las 10:30 am y su mugrosa consulta 350 después de las 11 costaba $150.00 osea. Ni siquiera era una hora de madrugada. El hambreado hablándote de dinero como si le fueras a pedir fiado y como la verdad tenía urgencia ya que mi perrito tuvo vomito y diarrea accedí pero como ya no se fue a tragar de muy mala manera me dio su consulta $700.00 por una inyección. y más alarmista que ya quería según el internarlo.Mi perro vale más que eso pero no se vale donde está la parte humana. Todo es signo de pesos. Ojalá le clausuren su changarro viejo pedante odioso.

Fui en la madrugada porque mi perrita estaba con sus orejas inflamadas, de una vez dijeron que era de operación. Busque una segunda opinión y ya con dos días de tratamiento ha mejorado. La verdad no amerita operación, solo pienso que deben ser más cuidadosos con esos temas ya que son nuestras bebes y no queremos que les pase nada

The truth does not warrant an operation, I just think that they should be more careful with these issues since they are our babies and we do not want anything to happen to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un mal diagnóstico acerca de mi perrita, le hicieron dos operaciones con un día de diferencia...
Aparte de que en los días que estuvo hospitalizada no le desinfectaron la herida a mi bebé.
Al final tuve que llevarla con otro veterinario, lamentablemente falleció, le hicieron necropsia y todo apuntó a que murió por negligencia médica de parte de este veterinario.
Ojalá con los comentarios negativos puedan ayudarlos a mejorar la atención o actualizarse.

They gave me a bad diagnosis about my dog, they did two operations one day apart...
Apart from the fact that in the days that she was hospitalized they did not disinfect my baby's wound.
In the end I had to take her to another veterinarian, unfortunately she passed away, they did an autopsy and everything pointed to the fact that she died due to medical negligence on the part of this veterinarian.
Hopefully with the negative comments they can help them improve the service or update themselves.
