Costos un poco elevados pero vale la pena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio ya no es el mismo, hicieron cambio de personal y el nuevo deja mucho que desear él médico que nos atendió poco profesional, llegó tarde a la consulta y paso por alto síntomas que se le comentó que tenía mi mascota.
Antes el servicio era muy bueno
The service is no longer the same, they changed personnel and the new one leaves much to be desired, the doctor who treated us unprofessionally, was late for the consultation and ignored symptoms that he was told my pet had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo más conveniente es ir con cita, el hospital está grande y limpio, tiene varios consultorios, hay laboratorio/rayos x/operaciones, es un hospital muy completo, acabo de llevar a mi gato y lo han tratado bien, hay descuento para los estudiantes y egresados de la UVM
The most convenient thing is to go by appointment, the hospital is large and clean, it has several offices, there are laboratories/x-rays/operations, it is a very complete hospital, I just took my cat and they have treated him well, there is a discount for students and UVM graduates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA ? le realizamos un ultrasonido a nuestra hija (cachorra) en este lugar y el informe que entregaron fue sin la interpretación adecuada y estaba incompleto el estudio. Los estudiantes que nos atendieron no explicaron de cómo realizarían el procedimiento del examen. En mi caso, nunca me informaron que le pasarían la máquina, o cuchilla, no se exactamente que usaron para pelar el abdomen de mi cachorra, que ya de por sí estaba inflamado, no imagino la molestia qué pasó ? mi hija. Entiendo que es una escuela, pero necesitan estar supervisados para realizar el procedimiento. NO RECOMIENDO IR AQUÍ, se pierde tiempo y dinero, y lo más preocupante es que si el estudio es urgente podría ser fatal para tú mascota. PRECAUCIÓN CON ESTE LUGAR Miren cómo me entregaron a mi hija.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ? we performed an ultrasound on our daughter (puppy) in this place and the report they delivered was without proper interpretation and the study was incomplete. The students who attended us did not explain how they would carry out the exam procedure. In my case, they never informed me that they would give her the machine, or blade, I don't know exactly what they used to peel my puppy's abdomen, which was already swollen, I can't imagine what happened ? my daughter. I understand that it is a school, but they need to be supervised to perform the procedure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE, it wastes time and money, and the most worrying thing is that if the study is urgent it could be fatal for your pet. CAUTION WITH THIS PLACE Look how they gave me my daughter.

Aquí hemos llevado a nuestras 3 perritas en diferentes ocasiones y por diferentes causas; cada vez salimos muy satisfechos con el servicio, explicaciones y precios. A nosotros nos atiende el Dr. Diego Ramirez. Super recomendado.
Excellent veterinary hospital! First class attention and all the necessary equipment for any study.
