★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal todo muy bien desde que empecé mi seguimiento de mi embarazo con la dra. Leticia Hernández la cual es una profesional y muy atenta, las consultas aclara toda duda y en el parto la verdad todo muy bien! Me senti tranquila y segura desde q ingrese para tener a mi bebe. Tambien durante mi espera ahí despues de aliviirme la atencion y visitas de médicos tanto gineceo como peditras y enfermeras, muy atentos respetuosos y la mejor atención.
Tambien el personal administrativo tambien muy atentos te dan toda la informacion y te explican bien el proceso y todo!
Lo recomiendo!
 Personally, everything has gone very well since I began monitoring my pregnancy with Dr. Leticia Hernández who is a professional and very attentive, the consultations clarify all doubts and in the delivery the truth all very well! I felt calm and safe since I entered to have my baby. Also during my wait there after relieving me of the care and visits from doctors, both gynecologists and pediatricians and nurses, very attentive, respectful and the best care.
Also the very attentive administrative staff give you all the information and explain the process and everything well!
I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Execelente servicio. El trato es muy humano; mi doctor siempre estuvo un paso antes ante cualquier adversidad en mi embarazó y el dia del parto todos hicieron que fuera una experiencia unica en lugar de traumática.
Excellent service. The treatment is very humane; My doctor was always one step ahead of any adversity in my pregnancy and on the day of delivery, everyone made it a unique experience instead of a traumatic one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor hospital donde te pueden atender, los médicos se la pasan riendo platicando y haciendo ruido desde las 5 de la mañana. Si estás siendo atendido ruega a Dios que no tengas dolor en la noche, por que ningún doctor te ayudará, en mi particular caso para canalizarme me colocaron 8 piquetes en el primero tuve hasta una gran pérdida de sangre. Los médicos tratantes según son externos entonces nadie te ayudará. Si valoras tu vida no vengas a este hospital.
The worst hospital where they can treat you, the doctors spend their time laughing, talking and making noise since 5 in the morning. If you are being treated, pray to God that you do not have pain at night, because no doctor will help you, in my particular case to channel me they placed 8 stitches in the first one, I even had a great loss of blood. The treating doctors as they are external then nobody will help you. If you value your life, don't come to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hospital que recomiendo ampliamente, tanto mi primer hijo, como el segundo que acabo de tener han nacido ahí, todo mi embarazo fue monitoreado por el Dr. Josué Hernández, del cual no tengo más que agradecimiento y respeto por su excelente labor!
Me quedo con una muy buena experiencia por parte de todo el personal tanto administrativo como médico! Todos son sumamente atentos, serviciales, empáticos y con una gran calidez humana!
En estos tiempos de pandemia lo que más buscaba es tener la certeza que tanto mi bebé como yo estaríamos fuera de peligro y evitar cualquier tipo de contagio, así que fue todo tal como lo planeé, tienen excelentes protocolos para salvaguardar tu salud!

It is a hospital that I highly recommend, both my first child and the second that I just had were born there, my entire pregnancy was monitored by Dr. Josué Hernández, of whom I have nothing but gratitude and respect for his excellent work!
I am left with a very good experience by all the staff, both administrative and medical! Everyone is extremely attentive, helpful, empathic and with great human warmth!
In these times of pandemic, what I was looking for the most is to be sure that both my baby and I would be out of danger and avoid any type of contagion, so everything went as planned, they have excellent protocols to safeguard your health!
My congratulations to Hospital Vivo, Cd. Azteca!

Primero la recepcionista me dijo q la consulta era de $1500 más lo que usarán de material para cerrar la cortada.
Después de salir de ver al doctor me dijo le aviso que serían de 4 a 5 mil está bien!?
Nadie si quiere me había valorado, y me dijo que en urgencias no aplicaba ninguna aseguradora ? pésimo pésimo servicio de “urgencias”

After seeing the doctor, he told me that it would be between 4 and 5 thousand, okay!?

Hace 4 años tuve a mi bebé en este hospital y desde entonces hemos venido a consultas y los doctores que nos han atendido son excelentes resuelven todas nuestras dudas debido al buen servicio que hemos recibido a lo largo de 4 años decidimos que nuestro 2do bebé naciera aqui e igualmente quedamos satisfechos con la atención y el cuidado por parte de todo el personal del hospital Las instalaciones siempre muy limpias la atención al.momento del parto y ya que me encontraba en mi habitación fue INMEDIATA. Es un hospital que recomiendo al 100%
Excellent Hospital! 4 years ago I had my baby in this hospital and since then we have come for consultations and the doctors who have attended us are excellent, they solve all our doubts due to the good service we have received over 4 years we decided that our 2nd baby should be born here and we were also satisfied with the attention and care provided by all the hospital staff. La instalaciones son muy limpias y cuentan con las medidas necesarias para prevenir el COVID. La verdad es que me quedo con una muy buena experiencia y lo recomendaría a mis conocidos y familiares.
