K	Karen Mishelle Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, reservé con una semana de anticipación para llegar a la sorpresa de que el cuarto que me fue asignado ni siquiera está dentro del hotel, peor aún.. tenía quién sabe cuanto tiempo que no lo alquilaban, limpiaban o le daban mantenimiento alguno. Le comenté al chico a cargo que el cuarto olía a orines y las cobijas estaban duras y olían a polvo, a lo que respondió que era porque el cuarto no se usaba desde hace mucho. Solicité cobijas limpias y respondió que lo lamentaba y que al día siguiente nos cambiaría de habitación. El lugar olía tan mal que no pudimos dormir ahí y terminamos alquilando un cuarto en otro lugar (osea, pagamos 2 cuartos para una sola noche) al día siguiente cuando fuimos a hacer Check out el tipo no estaba por ningún lado. Asco de servicio por $1,080 pesos la noche. Horrible experience, I booked a week in advance to get the surprise that the room I was assigned not even inside the hotel, worse .. had who knows how long that not rented, cleaned or gave any maintenance. I commented to the guy in charge that the room smelled of urine and the covers were hard and smelled of dust, to which he replied that it was because the room was not used for a long time. I asked for clean blankets and said he was sorry and that the next day we change room. The place smelled so bad we could not sleep there and we ended up renting a room elsewhere (that is, paid 2 rooms for one night) to the next day when we went to check out the guy was nowhere to be found. Asco service for $ 1.080 pesos a night.
M	Maximo Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estadía cómoda y privada. La habitación es muy amplia tiene el baño separado de la habitación lo cual se agradece. La vista en la terraza es maravillosa. Esta a menos de cinco minutos del centro por lo que ir y venir es super fácil. Stay comfortable and private. The room is very spacious has a bathroom separated from the room which is appreciated. The view on the terrace is wonderful. It is less than five minutes from the center so coming and going is super easy.

El único detalle fue que se terminó el agua caliente en la mañana y que por la noche unos chicos traían fiesta loca en un cuarto del hostal y no dejaban dormir. A very nice and cozy hostel with an excellent location and view in the center of Guanajuato. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only detail was that the hot water ran out in the morning and that at night some boys would bring a crazy party in a room of the hostel and they would not let us sleep.

Cleanliness is excellent, the team is always available and ready to make your stay unforgettable ! They're from Guanajuato so they have a good knowledge of their town, and can advise you on the best spots to do hiking, eat, drink, go out, do a callejoneada... the hostel is located at 2min walking from Plaza Baratillo, in the heart of the city. 100% recommended!

They have this beautiful terrace where you can just enjoy a nice beer after a day of exploring. The managers are super friendly! They were kind enough to recommend places and even had two spare tickets for the theatre and gave them to us. Honestly this place was great, you get what you pay for ??
