★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent an incredible week at Hostal Mich. The location is great, the hostel very clean and comfortable, and Carlos and Norma were very friendly, attentive and welcoming.
Overall 10/10 and if they had a kitchen or even just a fridge then it would be PERFECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am passing thru Morelia and got this place for one night thinking that I will only need a place to sleep but the music from the bar below the building is so loud that I can't even sleep. Absolutely don't recommend this place at all!!

The whole staff is very frendly and attentive to your needs.
They have space to work if needed. Plenty of spaces to hang out, including foosball table, ping pong, board and card games.
The place is very centric and safe at night. Aroungd a couple of bars. And only 2 blocks from the main plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a unique hostel! This place is beautiful! Thanks so much to the super friendly staff here, we had a great time. Staff have lots of suggestions for interesting things to do in Morelia. You are right in the middle of the action in Morelia, right across the road from the candy market too (the sugared strawberries there are amazing). amazing value for what is essentially a private space in the dorm, it’s great for couples especially with the double bunks. The place is kept super clean as well and the morning coffee and fruit is an added plus. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Morelia if you’re traveling on a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 5 days and wouldn’t choose any other place to stay again. Felt so secure and comfortable in this place and their beds are comfy and clean. Also bathroom is clean and has hot water.
Location is perfect (2 blocks from main plaza) and the hosts are so nice and give you the information you need, also caring about where to place you in case there are other people staying in the same room as you. They were really helpful with information on where to find the best typical food or the best tours (specially Carola, she was awesome)
I rented a double bed and it was perfect, and they gave me a bed with a nice view of the public library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building and extremely friendly staff. Very clean! For a hostel the beds are very private and have lockable shutters for each bunk. Good amount of private storage per person. Bathroom have lots of private shower rooms and private toilets. For a hostel it would rate this 10 out of 10. The biggest plus is the location is perfect to see the city sights.
