Very dirty bathrooms and kitchen. They clean them only if you insist. They do not change the sheets on the beds, no wifi, no water to drink or hot water to shower. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui para beber, adorei. Bebidas boas, os meninos que nos atenderam muito educados e simpáticos. Cerveja tulum muito especial e os tacos são grandes, fiquei impressionada.
I went to drink, loved it. Good drinks, the boys who served us were very polite and friendly. Very special tulum beer and the tacos are great, I was impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y el hostel esta sin mantenimiento por años. No te dan ni papel higiénico y si se los reclamas, se ofenden. No hay agua para tomar ni agua caliente. Tienen heladeras prendidas que no dejan usar. Todo parece muy sucio y personal poco capacitado. No entiendo para qué abrieron nuevamente si no está el hostel preparado ni el personal capacitado. Por ese precio hay muchas opciones mejores.
Lousy service and maintenance hostel this for years. Do not give or toilet paper and if the claim it, are offended. No drinking water or hot water. They lit refrigerators that keep using. Everything looks very dirty and poorly trained staff. I do not understand why they opened again if the hostel is not prepared or trained personnel. For that price there are many better options.
