★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest people I've ever dealt with in all my travels. No drinking water provided. Inside management not helpful and act put out if you ask for anything. Not worth the price. I was told I was a transient not a real owner. Thread bare towels, closet door handles falling off, hot tub on patio doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful area, security is okay. Housekeeping is fantastic. My only complaint is that I don't think the people who work there get treated well. The manager for the laundry workers won't even let them eat lunch in a break room, so I saw them huddled up eating in a tiny folding room during my stay. There are plenty of nice places to stay in Mexico, and next time I'll stay somewhere with better values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the first week of a two week vacation I can say the customer service here is excellent. The place is cleaned top to bottom daily. They spend over an hour each day in the two bedroom units, bathrooms, kitchens, and patio/balconies cleaned to perfection. Nice pool, also very clean, area landscaping maintained daily. Close proximity to lots of casual, outdoor dining. Nearby beaches are OK for swimming, email for sun bathing. Activities close by and more within a short hour drive away.
