F	Francis Gingras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of Pacsadeli I bought 12 items. Total was $3500. I'd say that makes me a rather good client. One of those was alderwood salt. The price label on the counter said 190. I didn't check at checkout and I was charged 875. So I went back a few days later to get a refund. No can do. I talked to the manager and he gave me some bureaucratic BS excuse about facturas (despite the fact that I had a nota) and 'no there is nothing I can do and now you see the label does show 875 and you should have come back the same day'. I even offered to exchange it for something else. Answer was no. They obviously don't care one bit about their customers. I'll never again set foot in their store. They don't deserve me.

It's a store that mainly supplies food to restaurants and hotels, so it's more for finding stuff for baking or imported ingredients and not for buying all of your groceries.

M	Marci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing store I have been to since living here in Mexico 4 years. I came for the publicised Maryland lump crab in a can. I left with magret duck breast also. These are my two favorite foods in the world and so difficult to find anywhere! Much less and a Mexican Town store. They ordered more for me and I bought so many other items in the shop. (Their store in Cozumel is just a joke compared to this one). Go to PacsaDeli in Playa del Carmen or just amazing groceries.
