Fue increíble la estancia en el hotel. Las habitaciones amplias y con cocina incluida.

Buena ubicación, departamento departamento muy amplio. Podrían mejorar la calidad de los colchones.

Muy buena la ubicación del apartamento, vistoso, amplio, limpio, y ademas excelente atención de todo el personal tanto del administrativo como el de limpieza y de seguridad, todos muy amables !!! Lo súper recomiendo !! Me voy feliz y ojalá pueda volver a Playa del Carmen en otra oportunidad y volver a alojarme en este mismo lugar!! Los felicito y muchas gracias por todo lo antes mencionado!!!

El mejor lugar para hospedarse, su servicio siempre fue excelente, si necesitas algo ellos buscan la manera de ayudarte, sus instalaciones estan en muy buenas condiciones.

The extra beds are not that comfortable, neither the twin ones. The master bedroom is perfect. Its impossible to hang out on the terrace after 9pm, the neighbors complaint and we didnt even had music. Still the condo is pretty nice, fits 8 perfectly.

We have lived in a condo at this location for one year. The year of Covid 2020. The quarters are beautiful, spacious and fully equipped but what makes this place great is the staff that works here. The management changed up hours and worked hard to keep them all on the payroll during this very difficult time in the tourism business. They work together like a family and are constantly cleaning and maintaining the property even when we were the only guests. No matter my request, water delivery, light bulb replacement, etc, it was taken care of immediately by a smiling, yet masked, happy employee. I have read many complaints in the xpat groups complaining of no water, no electricity, or bad internet in other Playa properties. We've had none of those issues in an entire year with the exception of hurricanes but even then a backup generator gave us lights and one outlet for the refrigerator and to charge devices. This is a great place. I will only stay here when I visit Playa del Carmen in the future. The only down side, it is above Chez Céline French bakery and we ate too many deserts and fresh baguettes everyday. Water pressure great. Internet fantastic. Bathroom lighting excellent. Location excellent. Street noise moderate.
